I had a wonderful stay at Hotel SAX. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and every detail made the experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

My stay at Hotel Sax Paris was simply wonderful. The atmosphere is refined yet warm, the rooms beautifully designed, and the service genuinely attentive without ever feeling formal. A discreetly elegant address I would happily return to.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly and caring staff. Very convenient location for museums and other sights to see. The restaurant in the hotel had the best food and cocktails I had during my trip.

Beautiful place to stay

This was a beautiful hotel. The only problems were the connecting rooms my children shared had no air and the night crew never answered the phone for room service.

A great 5 star experience.

Adrian at the front desk gave 5 star service/attention to detail. His help made the start of our trip amazing. He made sure to provide us with enough information to fully maximize our enjoyable time at the hotel. Our only issue, though a minor one, was our service in the jardin. It took about 40 minutes to get one round of drinks.

Service needs to improve

The check-in process was terrible. We did not get our rooms until way after the 3pm check-in . We booked two rooms, one was ready at 4:15pm and the other 6:30pm. The hotel staff was not accommodating and then when I actually got to the last room it was not the category I paid for. They then proceeded to act like it was when indeed it was not! It was a much smaller room. The hotel is beautiful and the area is great but the service was worst experience I've ever had in Paris. The dining experience was horrible as well. The servers at breakfast got my entire family's order wrong every-single-day! It wasn't just our orders we observed several table complaining about the same thing. Nothing was done to rectify the situation even though we a re Hilton Gold Members.
