Excellent hotel staff! Jacob was welcoming and helpful. He's a 10/10! The room was clean and comfortable. Everthing is clean but they could benefit from some bleach on the bedding and the tub.

Nice staff - overpriced rooms

We booked very late due to a cancelled flight, so we’re not sure if we got a weird room, but it didn’t look like the pictures. It was right by entrance by the streets, so one couldn’t have the curtains open due to all the people passing. The staff was lovely and kind though. That made the stay perfectly fine even though the rooms themselves are terribly overpriced for what you’re getting.

Staff were very nice, but there was no air con in the room and only two small portable fans provided- the room was a sauna and none of us got much sleep. We were unable to open the windows because of the music festival going until 2am outside. There was mold in the bathroom. Breakfast provided was good. Room security was not very good.

Convenient location , vibrant lots to see and do .I love the area and like coming back around Place du Clichy, the hotel nicely decorated, staff friendly and helpful. The drainage in the shower room not adequate, you almost have a tub bath on your lower body during the shower ( room 100). Staff have asked at the end how was our stay but it would not have been the right time to mention it. The room clean has coffee machine ( we have not used), no noise from outside, bed very comfortable.

Great location and friendly staff. I came to Paris during the heatwave and not having AC during the day and night was pretty brutal. My room was facing the street therefore it got pretty noisy at night (but nothing too crazy). I gave a 3 star because I found a bed bug on the curtain :/

Hotel staff is really nice but not a place where you would want to stay with your family! The area around this hotel is ghetto and it’s located at red light district. Bathrooms are dated and room have no AC Also the bed was terrible and gave me really bad backache.

A cute update to the property but it’s more like a bandaid than a full remodel. The lobby smelled like smoke, the sheets smelled like smoke, the mattress was sunken in the middle and there was what looked like black mold in the bathroom shower tiles.

Very disappointed with room. Wardrobe doors, bathroom door and bathroom floor damaged and not repaired or decorated. Taps were old, damaged and did not work well. No plug for bath and shower head could not be adjusted and therefore not used. Toilet flush button also broken; could use but not easily or without worry of damaging further. Very dated and basic decor and interior of hotel. The staff were however very friendly, always available and tried to help with bath and shower. Shower could not be fixed but they got us a plug from another room. I’d be wary of recommending due to the quality of room and location.
