'St Honoré' is a chic and modern Parisian home away from home, refreshed in November 2025 to the highest standards. Bright and well laid out, the central apartment comfortably sleeps 8 guests, making it ideal for families, groups and business travellers.



The apartment combines modern luxury with classic Parisian charm. The beamed drawing room, filled with natural light, features a large comfortable sofa, premium leather armchairs, and a dining area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Solid oak parquet floors and double-glazed windows ensure your stay will be both a comfortable and peaceful one.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:

Three quiet double bedrooms feature 5-star hotel standard beds for a restful night's sleep.

Bedroom 1: King bed.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds (can be configured as a King).

Salon: High-quality 160 cm sofa bed designed for everyday use, offering the comfort of a real bed with no need to remove cushions.



Kitchen & Bathrooms:

Make full use of fully-equipped modern kitchen, with solid oak countertops, a dishwasher, washer/dryer and all appliances replaced in 2025.

Bathroom 1: A full bathroom with a large tub, shower unit, and WC.

Bathroom 2: Ensuite shower room with walk-in Italian shower and WC.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. The apartment is located in a historic 17th-century Parisian building with secure coded entry and interphone access.

Perfect stay with Pad-à-Terre in the three-bedroom flat next ( literally) to the Louvre. Very comfortable, well set up, and in a quite simply in perfect spot. You can’t go wrong and solid service was there to back it up with a smile.

Paris stay in St Honore

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The location of the apartment is superb. And it was clean, well- equipped and as depicted on the internet. Also, James was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to communications. I recommend the apartment and would happily stay in it again.

Great Place

Stayed in the apartment for a week and enjoyed our stay immensely! A very comfortable flat on a relatively quiet street (for downtown Paris it is very quiet) that allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go! If you don't mind a couple flights of stairs this apartment is fantastic!! Would definitely consider staying here again if I ever make it back to Paris!

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was perfect. The amenities are very good. Proximity to places of interest (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, the Opera) and to the metro cannot be beat. The most difficult thing is that this is a 4th floor walkup with a spiral staircase with uneven treads, making it a bit treacherous if you are not careful. Also not great if you have a lot of heavy luggage unless you are strong or traveling with strong companions.

Great Pad A Terre service

Great location steps from the Louvre. Every you need 1-2 mins walk from the apartment: supermarket, cafés, restaurants, boulangerie, pâtisserie, pharmacy, bio supermarket, James was great, professional, very helpful and seriously knowledgeable about paris. Apartment clean, comfortable and stylish. I definitely recommend this place, and the great services of James and Pad-à-Terre.

We were a 3 generation family of 7 and the Pad A Terre apartment was just right for our party. . Location literally next to the Louvre was so good. We loved Paris

Pad A Terre most certainly gave us what they offered. Check-in was a breeze, the apartment was next to the Louvre (what a neighbour!) with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. As a party of 8 we were comfortable, the sofa bed was good. Of course 4 bedrooms would have been better but we all enjoyed it. We finally cracked the washer dryer with James help. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Louvre location

The apartment is very comfortable for 6. The location is unbelievable steps from the louvre, river and well, the shops. We were exhausted at the end of the stay we did so much and the apartment was a gem. James and other Pad A Terre staff were easy and pleasant to deal with us. Very much appreciated directions to a doctor when my sister slipped in a museum and twisted her ankle...that was very reassuring.

Great local grocer and Louvre on your doorstep

Had a great stay at this Paris vacation rental at Pad a Terre. Clean and big flat by Paris standards at least. were good and the showers were good. Small gallery kitchen but very well equipped. Exactly what you need. Tips in the guide were very good andnote Yam 'Tcha, featured in Netflix's The Chef's Table is next door. Brilliant! Great local grocer and all the sites including the Louvre on the doorstep. You can’t really go very wrong!

The flat was exactly as described. Very clean. Located in a very good area very safe. There were lots of restaurants and shopping around us. Everything was easily walkable.
