Very nice 30m2 apartment renovated in May 2023, with a cozy and modern decoration.

Metro is 3 min walk from the accommodation. It will let you reach:

- The Arc de Triomphe in 20min

- Lyon Station in 7min
- La Tour/Gare Montparnasse in 10min

Perfect for a romantic stay, with family, for work or with friends. The accommodation is located in the heart of Paris, in the 12th arrondissement. Ideally between Gare de Lyon and Bercy Park.

L appartement est bien décoré, et bien rénové. En revanche l emplacement est un peu trop excentré et les fenêtres donnent directement sur les voies SNCF donc on entend bien les trains tôt le matin jusqu'à tard le soir...

Das Gebäude ist alt, wie fast alle Gebäude in Paris, aber die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Die Lage war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Kommunikation und Check -in reibungslos. Preis /Leistung hat gepasst. Für einen Kurztrip wirklich zu empfehlen. Für längere Aufenthalte wird es zu dritt vielleicht bissel eng. Wir waren zufrieden, gerne wieder.
