Cosy, fully-equipped apartment located in the heart of Boulogne, a few steps from the "Passages" shopping centre, with its many restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques.

Just 10 minutes by metro from the Eiffel Tower, this flat is located in a dynamic shopping district. It's ideal for a successful Parisian break with family or friends.



The Space:

27m2 apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator which includes:



- 1 bedroom with double bed

- 1 living room with a sofa

- 1 fully equipped American kitchen, with refrigerator, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

- 1 dining area with a table for meals

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet



My accommodation has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, central heating, as well as a television.



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

My apartment is located in Boulogne-Billancourt in a residential, calm and quiet area, it is close to the "Les passages" shopping center where you will find shops for shopping, restaurants and numerous shops of all kinds. A few steps away you can visit the famous Albert Kahn museum and stroll through the Bois de Boulogne. It is located 8 minutes by bike from Rolland Garros and the Parc des Princes.

Ohne Titel

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Im Badezimmer war das Fenster als Sichtschutz sehr provisorisch mit Folie verklebt. Wir hatten den Gastgebern per FeWo-Direkt und WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass an der Live Box eine weiße LED blinkt (kein Internet) und deshalb der TV nicht funktionieren kann. Die schriftlichen Hinweise haben an diesem Zustand nichts geändert und es hat niemand angerufen und es ist auch deshalb niemand in die Wohnung gekommen.
