In a green setting, the apartment 'Ecrin Secret' is located in a Hausmannian building at the end of a secure private and quiet street, ideally located close to the metro (30m).

Completely renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor in a beautiful building. Chic and modern, you will enjoy the loft atmosphere, the space, the high ceilings with exposed beams, as well as its brightness with its many windows.
Children will love sleeping in the cozy alcove of the mezzanine looking at Paris sky from the roof window, on a confortable double bed (140 cm wide).

You will appreciate its great comfort and its high-end and modern equipment (Internet, free Wifi, iPOD / iPhone station, TV with international channels, DVD, rain shower ..).
The apartment had got an entrance with a cloakroom, going to a large living room with high ceiling, exposed beams and equipped with a comfortable leather sofa bed (140cm wide), a large screen TV with all international channels, DVD / CD player , video games.
The kitchen is opened on the living room. It has a large high table that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with induction hob, automatic hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, micro wave, oven ...). Tea and coffee will be available upon arrival.
The bedroom is equipped with large queen bed (160cm wide) with hotel quality mattress, a nice dressing room and a corner office with Internet, Wifi connection, and accessible USB plugs to easily recharge computer, tablet, camera ...
The luxurious bathroom is connected with the bedroom and is equipped with a rain shower on the ceiling and a hand shower head.
The toilets are separated and equipped with a washbasin.
The apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to metro and train station. Communication with the host was first class throughout, clear check-in and check-out instructions. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely look to book this place again. Thank you!

Perfect property for a family visit to Paris. Quiet, Charming, Excellent Location

We loved staying here. It was charming, unique and clean. The location was outstanding. The side street is is on is extremely quiet, yet after walking 2 minutes you are in the hustle and bustle of the city and right at the Liege metro stop.Being able to do laundry on our week stay in Paris was great as well.We enjoyed the Nespresso machine, the modern kitchen and the bedding was great.Would completely recommend for a family stay in Paris.

Wonderful Stay!

We couldn't have asked for more. The location was excellent. You could walk to nearly all major sites with very easy access to the metro. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Beds were comfy. The check in process was seamless. Check out was easy.

Fun week in Paris

We had a great time staying at this apartment in Paris. Walking distance to many bakery’s, shops and train stations. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer combo in the unit and all of the needed utensils/dishware four nights in. Communication with host was great and she was very responsive to any need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Highly recommend!

We would stay there again ! Well stocked with amenities and cookware. Washer dryer was hard to understand. Heating was fantastic. Location is amazing. Cafes and bars everywhere. Nice place and it is very well kept. You can walk to Moulin Rouge in 10 minutes.

Spacious, comfortable and perfect location

My family and I stayed here for 8 days and could not have been more pleased. Situated in a private and quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from all the beautiful sites Paris has to offer, either on foot or by metro. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and very comfortable with everything you need. Host was responsive and helpful. We'll def stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Paris.

Many thanks to Arnaud for the warm welcome! Everything is thought out for the comfortable accommodation of guests - dishes, bathroom, sleeping places, walk-in closet. There are all the necessary instructions for using the washing machine, access to WiFi, nearby shops, park, etc. Clean, comfortable, cozy! I liked everything!

Excellent Service & Location

The host was kind and attentive before and during our stay. Location and size couldn't be more perfect for a family of 4 adults and 1 five five-year-old. Although it isn't 5/5 stars, I recommend staying here, and I would do so again. The reason for the -1 star is that the blankets had not been washed before our stay, and we found makeup residue on them.

Absolutely wonderful! The apartment is beautiful. The host has thought of every detail to make it your home away from home. The location is amazing. From the corner brasserie (JAJA) to the corner patisserie and to everything else you could want or need within walking distance including Liège metro station just feet from your door. Tres bien!

Perfect place to ring in the new year!

We absolutely loved our stay in Paris. It's our third trip to Paris and our first time staying in a flat instead of a hotel - it was the best decision we could have made. The apartment is exactly as pictured with every detail thought of for an ideal stay. It was warm on the cold winter days, clean and well-stocked. The check-in process was beyond accommodating for our late arrival, and the communication easy. We loved the quiet, safe street and walked to many places across the city from the apartment. Highly recommend this place for your next Parisian get away!

Wow! What a Gem.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is as described and as pictured, and possibly even better! Great, private location which is truly close to the Metro station (1/2 block to Liége; 2 blocks to Europe). Fully stocked kitchen supplies, modern bathroom and appliances, comfortable beds, and W/D. Great communication with host! I would definitely stay here again!

Incredible spot!!

Fantastic location. Lucile and Arnaud were very communicative. Did not take advantage of the kitchen as much as we could have but having laundry was clutch. Very close to a vegan bakery, for folks with dietary restrictions. Fun area, and a QUIET apartment. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay we loved the apartment, it had everything we needed.It was in such a perfect location close to so many restaurants and beautiful patisseries. Location, location, location

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Paris. The property is located near many restaurants and shops - a perfect combination but tucked away in a quiet location. The apartment had plenty of room and has most everything you would want. Arnaude welcomed us and he and Lucile were very responsive to our questions during our stay always available. When we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at this property again.

Real Paris experience

Great place to stay in Paris

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. Arnaud met us at check-in and was very helpful describing the features of the apartment and answering our questions. The location is amazing! It is on a private street with a gate and is very quiet. The metro is only about 50 meters down the street which made getting around very convenient. It is surrounded by bakeries and markets and restaurants, whatever you will need. We highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris.

Best kept “secret” in Paris!

A quiet street in Paris that’s 30m from the Metro…if that doesn’t sell you on this property then nothing will!! I can’t say enough good things about this property! The owners were very easy to communicate with and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The area around the apartment had everything you would need yet it was a very short Metro ride to all the highlights of Paris

Nice owner quiet neighborhood

The owner was helpful-and flexible when we asked to arrive earlier than originally booked. She was nice with ideas. There were four of and there was room to sleep and hang, but one toilet near the entry and one shower off the main bedroom made it cozier than expected. Stairs up to entry, two sores before the front door added a little challenge with full hands.

Paris with the kids!

We came to Paris after being in Lyon for a few days. We had the best time and this property was so beautiful. We brought our four and eight year old boys and a family friend and we all fit comfortably in the space. It was like a hidden secret and off the beaten path. The neighborhood was quiet and had great restaurants and shops. Easy to get around. We hope our excited boys weren’t too loud for the neighbors!!!
