In a green setting, the apartment 'Ecrin Secret' is located in a Hausmannian building at the end of a secure private and quiet street, ideally located close to the metro (30m).

Completely renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor in a beautiful building. Chic and modern, you will enjoy the loft atmosphere, the space, the high ceilings with exposed beams, as well as its brightness with its many windows.
Children will love sleeping in the cozy alcove of the mezzanine looking at Paris sky from the roof window, on a confortable double bed (140 cm wide).

You will appreciate its great comfort and its high-end and modern equipment (Internet, free Wifi, iPOD / iPhone station, TV with international channels, DVD, rain shower ..).
The apartment had got an entrance with a cloakroom, going to a large living room with high ceiling, exposed beams and equipped with a comfortable leather sofa bed (140cm wide), a large screen TV with all international channels, DVD / CD player , video games.
The kitchen is opened on the living room. It has a large high table that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with induction hob, automatic hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, micro wave, oven ...). Tea and coffee will be available upon arrival.
The bedroom is equipped with large queen bed (160cm wide) with hotel quality mattress, a nice dressing room and a corner office with Internet, Wifi connection, and accessible USB plugs to easily recharge computer, tablet, camera ...
The luxurious bathroom is connected with the bedroom and is equipped with a rain shower on the ceiling and a hand shower head.
The toilets are separated and equipped with a washbasin.
The apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to metro and train station. Communication with the host was first class throughout, clear check-in and check-out instructions. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely look to book this place again. Thank you!

Perfect property for a family visit to Paris. Quiet, Charming, Excellent Location

We loved staying here. It was charming, unique and clean. The location was outstanding. The side street is is on is extremely quiet, yet after walking 2 minutes you are in the hustle and bustle of the city and right at the Liege metro stop.Being able to do laundry on our week stay in Paris was great as well.We enjoyed the Nespresso machine, the modern kitchen and the bedding was great.Would completely recommend for a family stay in Paris.

Perfect Paris vacation!

First time visiting Paris and we were a bit unsure as to where to stay. So glad we found this location! Both hosts were wonderful to communicate with and made the check in/check out process easy and stress – free. The apartment was as advertised in a wonderful location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The Magic of Paris

We loved our adventure and wish we would have allotted more time in Paris. The wonderful cultural experience, history as well as delicious food and wine was beyond our expectations.

Excellent Service & Location

The host was kind and attentive before and during our stay. Location and size couldn't be more perfect for a family of 4 adults and 1 five five-year-old. Although it isn't 5/5 stars, I recommend staying here, and I would do so again. The reason for the -1 star is that the blankets had not been washed before our stay, and we found makeup residue on them.

Amazing apartment

We had an amazing stay we loved the apartment, it had everything we needed.It was in such a perfect location close to so many restaurants and beautiful patisseries. Amazing apartment in Paris!

Our family (2 parents + 3 teens) loved our stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean, and such a great location. We loved that it was behind a security gate and down a quaint little alley way. We felt very safe there and in the neighborhood. There was great shopping and food nearby. We stopped at the bakery every morning and evening. Having the metro so close was such a plus. We would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Paris!

Better than the Hilton!

The apartment is terrific! It's modern, clean, well-stocked, quiet, well-managed and in a great location. Working with Lucile and Arnaud couldn't have been easier. For many years, when we've visited Paris we have stayed at the Hilton Paris Opera, which is only a few blocks from the apartment. Staying at this apartment was a much better experience. You won't get room service, but you'll get a much more authentic, rewarding and enjoyable experience than staying at a hotel.

Post river cruise

Met our adult daughter for 4 days after 8 day Seine tour. Much larger than expected. Great location for the Metro and St Lazare station. One toilet separate by the front door and shower off the main bedroom. Small load clothes washer worked well. Great instructions .

Thanksgiving in Paris

We took our Fifteen year old to Paris for the first time. This gorgeous property provided the perfect base to move around mostly via metro. Restaurants, mini market, metro station and boulangerie/patisserie all a couple hundred yards from the property. This loft/mini house is secluded in a private cul De sac. So when you are in, you are away from street noise yet everything is close by. Regarding amenities and comfort, you will have everything you can imagine. Your little Parisian home. We will repeat when we comeback to Paris.

Great Little Hide Away

This was a great place to stay. In the heart of Paris and yet in a quiet and secure place. There were so many bakeries, shops and a variety of restraints within walking distance from the flat. I had my wife and two adult children with me and it was a very nice setup. Having the washer/dryer was a big help. It was close to the Metro and we Ubered a few times and that were very affordable. Arnaud met us at the gate and gave us a nice tour of the flat and told us about the neighborhood. He was a very pleasant man. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Lucile and Arnaud,

Great place.

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The washing machine worked well and was clean. The location was ideal for someone who takes the metro as there is a stop a few meters away and a main connection just a couple of blocks away. The bakeries on the corner were really good and there are two grocery stores within 2 blocks. This apartment even had an oven! The loft worked well for us but you need to be under about 168 cm (5’6”) or you will bump your head if you get up too fast. The shower was lovely but I found the hot water very hot. We were able to sign into Prime Video which extended our English language tv a lot. Overall, I would stay here again. It was very quiet and felt very safe.

Don’t Think, Book!

We are a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers (13 and 15) and the place was comfortable for all of us. The location was great with metro stations nearby. The apartment is very clean. It has those little “extras” that let you know the host caters to travelers, which makes the difference between 4 and 5 stars, like multiple ports/spots for charging your devices, a hair dryer, a binder with info, and map of the metro/transit system. These are the little things that were done that made us feel welcome in the home. It’s a quiet area and especially quiet at night. No street noise, so we were all able to sleep well. I would definitely recommend this property to a family of 4, even 5.

Absolutely amazing stay. The flat is exactly as pictured — we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Communication was easy and prompt. It’s super-close to so much public transportation, and Uber drivers found the location very easily. It’s a quiet refuge in a residential neighborhood, which we loved. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, you name it. Our 8-year-old slept soundly in the loft, and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with the tools you need to cook your own meals. The skylights (with blinds) keep the flat full of light during the mornings, but it was wonderfully dark at night. If you’re a small family (like the three of us), do not hesitate to book this gem of a property!!

Wonderful stay at L'Ecrin Secret!

This apartment is a very special place - not only the apartment which is delightful, with every modern convenience, but the location is rare, private and super quiet (at the end of a private alleyway). The mezzanine bedroom above the living room was perfect for our 18 yr-old son, who could have a private space (not sound-isolated). My lifelong friend was very comfortable for a couple nights on the sofa bed, that has an actual mattress. The main bed is equally comfortable. There's every appliance one needs for cooking, and many thoughtful touches (Paris info, spices, espresso pods, basics for tea and coffee). Elegant design! Both the owner and gentleman who met us with the key were gracious and available to answer any questions. It's a magical modern apartment in a classic Parisian building, but very rare setting (kind of a carriage house with skylights!). We'd be thrilled to stay there again.

Great Home Base

This was a great home base for our stay in Paris. As 2 adults with 2 teen boys, having 3 beds was useful. The air conditioning made our stay during some very hot days comfortable. The location was pleasantly quiet, yet close to several metro stations and easily walkable to Palais Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Moulin Rouge. Communication with the host was excellent. Just be careful on the steps to the apartment which are unlit. I twisted my ankle coming down one morning in the dark after I ran back in to grab something.

Great location, Great lodging, Great hospitality

Our Paris Trip was fantastic and usually there is something that doesn't work out. So let's begin with the location of this VRBO which is nestled in the crossroads between a metro, just two minutes away from the house alongside a a number of delectable restaurants and grocery stores, just right around the corner. This location was tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood that also had a gate for safety. Check-in and checkout were simple and fast and the house had several print outs explaining house rules, best restaurants, and important things you should know, and even some travel books, grocery bags, and umbrellas, should you need them. We really liked the clean and spacious house, and it was easy to cook, especially with all the extras they had in the cupboard likes plates, cups, utensils, and extras likes sugar, spices, etc. Check out was just as easy. Overall communication from our initial interest in the VRBO rental as well as some ongoing questions were always answered in a timely fashion. We definitely will come back again and enjoy the a little piece of Paris with this comfortable and stylish house that is very close to all the main attractions, monuments, and restaurants.
