Idéal Hotel est réservé aux services sociaux, donc non accessible aux particuliers. Nous sommes orientés vers l’hôtel Glam’s qui est très bien mais situé plus loin du métro, sans avoir été prévenus au préalable. La réservation par Internet devrait être supprimée car le client est trompé dans son attente.

騒音が...

パリ旅行のために宿泊。 部屋は清潔、バスタブもあり内装も近代的で明るい感じ。朝食も悪くないが、3日間とも同じメニューであった。 エレベーターが狭く、老朽化していて壊れそう。1人しか乗れないスペース。 また、騒音あり。隣の人の声、廊下の声、全て漏れてくる。 立地は良いが、付近の治安はやや不安あり。ローカルなエリアでありホームレスや物乞いもいる。 スタッフの対応は、普通。とくべつのサービスは無い。客がいるのにフロントで友人らしき人物と長電話をしている従業員が見受けられて、全体的にやる気が無い。

Good overall, great beds, bathroom was good. Weird ordering food off of the menu in the room. Tried to order around 9:00 pm and the desk told us they were "too busy, call back later" we didn't call back so I don't know much about the room service. Anyway, the stay was good overall for comfort and very good for location.

I loved it, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff always kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good, I recommend! Metro and tram are next to the entrance door and you have supermarkets very close. The only problem is that rooms are not soundproofed, I had a neighbor who shouted into his phone until 2AM and I couldn't sleep.

El hotel es muy bonito y situado en un barrio muy agradable y con metro, bus y tram en la puerta. Además hay muchas opciones de restauración y supermercados al lado. la habitación que me dieron era muy grande, comoda y limpia. El personal amable y disponible en ayudar y aconsejar. Hay ascensor (cosa no muy común en Paris).
