"Well kept"

"The room was really nice and clean, we were up all night to people all around us being noisy, yelling and screaming, people using air horns etc. we checked out on the phone and 30 seconds after checking out when we were finishing picking up our stuff a staff member knocked on the door. I explained we checked out and we’re going to be out in 30 seconds and he proceeded to argue with me because I checked out before exiting the room. "Power went out multiple times… not necessarily the hotels fault but definitely threw off the stay quite a bit. "

"We had a nice stay. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in great shape. The staff workers that we interacted with were warm and helpful. My only complaint is that when we checked in and when we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. At check-in, we had to wait a bit, and there was no way to call for someone to come."
