Hotel Rochester was the most amazing hotel we have stayed at. The bed was a lot larger than we thought it would be as most hotel rooms in Paris are small so they have small beds. The staff was easy to talk to and provided great recommendations in English. Everything is within reach here - shopping, dining, transportation - and still quiet outside. The nearby 1 train will take you everywhere you want to go as a tourist in Paris.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The area was very near Champs Elysees with a few metro and bus stops nearby making it very convenient to move around Paris city.

Our room was very clean and well appointed. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The concierge was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. close to Champs Elyse and tons of shopping. good walking area!

We booked a bigger room and it was nice. Location is good as it’s just off Champ Élysées. Many dining options nearby. Breakfast was good as it starts from 7am-1.30pm which is rare for hotels.

The staff was one of the best I've ever seen in the world. They were sincere genuine helpful attentive friendly and set the example for all others to follow. The breakfast was more than expected and the variety provided a huge selection. I was most impressed when I was waiting for the elevator and a staff member was delivering towels and we had no room to go in and he left the elevator so we could get in. The service by the concierge was the best I've ever experienced as they help me out by email before I got there and then spent a lot of time with me planning my week. Highly recommend this hotel over any major chain or any other option. I do travel a lot so I know what I'm talking about!

Breakfast offered delicious croissants, fruit, juice and cheese. It also featured typical American fare. The hotel was elegant, clean, and staffed with helpful concierge people. During rainy periods they provided umbrellas to the guests. Fabulous stay.

I don't have a single complaint about the Hotel Rochester Champs Elysees. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. Check-in was very smooth with friendly staff. The location was perfect - close to shopping, dining and metro stops. I can't wait to visit again!

The hotel was a little dated but nice. Location is excellent. Close to the metro and walking distance to Champ Elysees. We had two junior suites.
