Wasn’t able to do early check in but staff was very nice to help us with luggage storage. Room was spacious and spotless, location is very convenient to all the restaurants we wanted to try. Will def come back if we visit malais!

Very nice people working at this sweet boutique hotel. Small rooms but who is staying in the room when you’re in Paris? A/C on a very hot night was perfect. Would book again.

We got stuck in the elevator which clearly states holds 5 ppl we were 4 ppl. The rude manager didn’t even offer us a coffee for what we went through. She kept saying it’s not our fault. She said this happened last Friday as well. Obviously there’s a problem with it. Overall never going back for reasons of the awful customer service. She was extremely rude.

Ideal short stop over spot

Short business stay in Bastile, and this hotel was a great little find. Ideally located near the metro, and only a few minutes from the event I was attending. Hotel was very clean, nice bedrooms and very clean. Breakfast was sparse for the cost, however, there are plenty of great little cafes within a minute or two’s walk.

We had a very bad experience during our stay. We got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and when we rang for help, the hotel staff spoke French and the anxiety of not being able to understand was scary my husband had to pry the doors open and the staff showed zero urgency or concern. Despite clearly explaining the situation, they offered no assistance, no compensation and didn’t even bother to check in afterward. Being trapped in an elevator is a safety issue, and the complete lack of response from the staff was unacceptable. Emergencies can happen, but how a hotel handles them is what matters — and in this case, they failed.

Very nice stay at the Marais Badtille!!

Amazing stay at this very comfortable hotel in the 11 arrondiss, very close to Place des Vosges and the vibrant Rue de Roquette. The staff is really helpful, friendly and super nice! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and I can’t wait to come back!

They were very accommodating since I arrived. Staff is friendly, helpful and overall efficient. Great property within walking distance from most major city attractions. I like to walk so it took about 15-20 mins to walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre and many restaurants and coffee shops. They made my first time in Paris truly a great experience. 10/10 would stay there for my next visit.
