Such a great stay! Very handy location, every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. Room was a little small but pretty standard for Paris. All the little details were there to make us comfortable - great water pressure, very high quality linens, air con, comfortable pillows.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay. The rooms are small, which is not unusual for Paris. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There are multiple restaurants nearby and a short walk to Champs-Elysées. It seems that the air conditioning is controlled at the front desk, but when we requested the temperature to be lowered, it was very comfortable.

Great location near Champs-Elysee and great access to metro at Franklin-Roosevelt station. Hotel we stayed was clean, comfortable and staffs were very kind. Room has unique character. Thanks to the hotel for 3 great night im Paris.

Good location. Elevator is very small and not efficient. Takes a while to arrive. The rooms are tiny and you can heat everything in the hallways. The shower in my room was also leaking water on the floors. Overall decent stay for the price and location but I wouldn’t rebook

Cute hotel in the 8th! Clean, pretty rooms and a nice breakfast. Super close to two major Metro lines. Would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel

This is probably the loveliest hotel I’ve stayed in in Paris. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bathroom stocked with Dyptique to use. I will always try and stay here in future.

I enjoyed my stay here, it was in such a great area to stay in - close to nice stores, the supermarket and good restaurants. It was on the busier side though. The hotel was cute, looks like it was rebranded and renovated not too long ago. The decor was really nice, the amenities were great. The water pressure in the shower was so strong and felt like a massage each time you used it. The only disappointing thing was that housekeeping didn’t refill the shower gel - it was basically empty when we checked in. I eventually wrote them a letter after 3 days of them not refilling it and they eventually did it.

Comfortable Stay, Convenient Location

Business trip. Just one change from the airport by train. Two metro stops close by. A short walk from Champ Elysee. The Hotel staff are sweet, friendly, and very helpful. My hotel room was comfortable, with great amenities.

Excellent customer service. The front desk clerk was very accommodating with helping us store our luggage. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The only negative is that the elevator was broken, so we had to walk up the flight of stairs with luggage, but the staff offered to help, so it was not a problem.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, largely due to Ceci. She was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us in finding great restaurants and amazing bakeries. Although the room was quite small, it was in an excellent location, right in front of the Champs-Élysées.
