Overall i had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Since i was going to another town, the lady owner (i presume) was very kind to let me leave my luggage overnight before my check in day. She was also very kind, chatty and chaleureuse and you will definitely feel welcomed. The hotel decoration was very cute, and so did our room. It has a classic french touch with beautiful view of "le toits de paris" and the room was cleaned every day.
Downside is there was no kettle available in the room. When we need some hot water to boil our instant noodles, we need to ask from the receptionist at the lobby. The morning ladies were kind enough to give us plain hot water with tea cups. However, in the evening, there was a 40 ish aged guy, wearing glasses, who didnt speak good french was a bit rude when we asked for some drinking hot water. He just gave us a little in a small teapot (that could barely fit a mug) and he said if we need some more we need to pay an additional amount of 3 euros. It was already late and we were tired and hungry and definitely were very upset with such attitude. I could have rated higher on the Hotel Staff section, but this guy's attitude disappointed us. What a shame because everybody else in the hotel was so pleasant and nice but you are just a bad apple who lowers the good rating of the hotel.
