Great location. Great for family. Waliking distance to many attractions.Next to metro and many restaurants. Although weekends it is noisy in the evening with the restaurant open very late.Unit well equipped.Will definitely stay here again

The location is perfect and convenient. The apartment is well appointed but could use some cosmetic upgrades. For example, the bedroom carpet was terribly stained and dirty. There is a lot of noise late at night from the nearby restaurants. The communication was difficult. The typical house manual is worthless for information, except for the wifi code.

Comfortable stay in wonderful neighborhood

The apartment was newly remodeled and had everything we needed. The bed and pullout were both very comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient for our short stay. There were two smart TVs, large windows that opened. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean, modern, comfortable

Loved the location, and the place was clean and comfortable. It's in a popular area, so you're going to hear people walking and talking outside, which is what you would expect in a popular neighborhood. We would stay here again. The keys are in a lockbox at the apt and are a little hard to get to for shorter people.

All in all we had a fantastic experience and time. The only unfortunate thing was for the first half of our stay there was a scafolding around our building and directly outside of our windows. This was somewhat frustrating, but after the third day when they shifted it to the other side of the builiding it was great. thank you.

This apartment is in an excellent location for nearly everything, retail, transportation, sights, restaurants. It has many of the things you would need for a stay.The bed is comfortable and there's good closet and storage space.A few of the downsides are although the apartment is clean the bedroom carpet is stained and dirty. The online house manual is worthless and doesn’t give basic information like most, except the code for wifi. It's in a very noisy area until 1am /-with restaurants across the street There was far too much needless paperwork and the coordination between Belvill and Checkmyguest uncertain. Things were incorrect and in communicating there were emails that didn’t work and a multitude of phone numbers to sort out.After renting many short term rentals this was the most complicated compared to a one-on-one with an individual owner.It's still a good rental overlooking some of the downsides which might not bother others.
