    This truly exceptional apartment offers a unique opportunity to experience Paris at its most elegant, combining character, comfort, and an unbeatable location.
    Tucked away on a quiet and charming street in the very heart of Le Marais, the apartment enjoys a peaceful setting while being just steps from some of the city’s finest addresses. A lovely selection of restaurants lines the street, and the vibrant atmosphere of Rue Vieille du Temple with its trendy boutiques and lively cafés is only 200 meters away.

    Completely redesigned by an architect in 2018, the apartment is a beautiful blend of history and contemporary design. Original thick stone walls have been carefully showcased, while two architect-designed mezzanines and generous open spaces allow natural light to flow throughout the home, creating an airy and refined ambiance.

    The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with two bedrooms and an open mezzanine, as well as two bathrooms.     A striking first impression

    Upon entering, you step directly into the spacious living room, descending just a few steps. The impressive ceiling height and exposed stone walls immediately set the tone. The true centerpiece, however, is the view of the two glass-walled mezzanines. Bathed in light, they appear to float gracefully above the living space, creating a truly memorable visual effect.

    To the left, the living area features two large sofas and a sleek designer coffee table. Nearby, the dining area with its beautiful wooden table and chairs- sits beside the open kitchen, which also includes a bar counter ideal for casual breakfasts or evening drinks. The space is tastefully decorated and equipped with a large TV, easily visible from both the sofas and the dining table.

    Along the left wall are the doors to the first bathroom and the main bedroom, while slightly above, the second bedroom is revealed behind an elegant glass wall.
