this hotel was perfect for my solo trip. The staff was pleasant. Michael at the front desk was a bonus for me because I'm an English-speaking American so, I was able to communicate with him well. All of the staff were nice. It wasn't noisy. The location was very close to the metro which saved me a lot of money. It is very close to nice restaurants as well as fast food. Loved the pool area, which is very sexy, not for families, which I love because I don't have children and I like to relax. Check-in was quick and easy. I appreciated the daily calls to my room to see if I needed anything. The single room was a bit small, but I am one person, so it served its purpose for 3 nights. I would stay again.

Staff were excellent, so helpful. Provided us with a luggage scale to weigh bags before we left. Stored our bags all day after checking out. The family room was such a good set up. Kids pretty much had their own room with shower, didn’t realise that when we booked.
