Just ok

This is a converted retail space. Doesn’t feel secure, couch/futon has multiple stains.Simple supplies missing. No soap, bathing supplies. No sugar or coffee supplies. I would not recommend this place.

Not a great experience, but company did make it right.

Check in was horrible. Far from subway stop so keep that in mind in you have luggage. You also have to find a small market before you go to the property to pick up your keys. They messed up our reservation and gave us the keys to th e property next door. The neighborhood is LOUD at night and there is only a piece of glass between you and the street. That glass panel was broken and not safe. It needs to be fixed before someone gets seriously hurt. My toddler cut her finger on the broken glass. As soon as we walked in, I knew it was there wrong room because there was no sofa for my child to sleep on so we all had to cram in one bed for the night. I tried to contact the host via email and phone but they didn’t respond until the next day. In their defense, they did take care of the issue the next day by putting us into another, much better property. But we still had to lose half a day carting all our luggage over to another property. I would not recommend staying at this location BUT at least they take care of us the next day.

ROOM4Me /Arrivée intolérable / logement non conforme /accommodation to flee

Séjour du 5 mai au 8 mai. Nous avons payé un complément pour obtenir les clés plus tôt afin d’y déposer nos valises. La personne en charge des clés nous remet par erreur ou volontairement les clés d’un logement qui ne correspond pas à notre location. (Je vous passe les détails de la surprise d’un logement sale avec du sang sur le linge) . Nous tentons de contacter ROOM4ME pour expliquer que le logement est un studio qui ne correspond pas à notre réservation. Nous apercevons une personne dans l’appartement d’à côté qui s’apprête à faire le ménage. Celui-ci comprend que l’on nous a remis les mauvaises clés et que nous aurions dû avoir les clés de l’appartement pour lequel il venait faire le nettoyage. Le contact est enfin établi avec ROOM4Me qui après négociation accepte un remboursement des 45€ payés pour l’obtention du logement avant 15h puisque pas prêt. Nous devons donc retourner au point de rencontre à 15h pour récupérer les clés. Après obtention des clés, nous nous rendons compte que le logement n’est pas un logement pour 4 mais 2 ! L’annonce au moment de la réservation proposait un logement pour 4 ! Le canapé est horrible et ne peut être utilisé comme lit même pour un enfant ! Le logement est infesté de fourmis, le peu de vaisselle présente sale. En bonus, le nombre de couverts ne permettait pas de manger hormis avec les doigts ! Notre séjour a été gâché par l’hébergement de ROOM4ME. A fuir !

Es wurde uns doppelt für die Wohnung abgebucht wiversuchen bis heute unser Geld zurück zu erhalten

Paris ist eine tolle Stadt, hatten pech,waren genau des Müllstreiks in paris, hat gestunken, dadurch angelockt hatten wir eine 🐁 maus im Appartement .
