The hotel is in a quiet residential area with the metro right across the street and grocery stores nearby. My room had a small bedroom and a sofa bed separated by a partition, along with a functional kitchenette stocked with enough utensils and cutlery. Amenities were basic but fair for the price. The lounge offers free coffee and tea, and the staff were helpful — they even arranged a taxi to the station at checkout.

Great stay, great location right next to Daumesnil station. 45 mins to Eiffel Tower and 30 mins to Louvre. Mini Market open late which was nice to get snacks for the apartment. Would stay here again

Great place to stay, 2 stops from Accor arena

Great hotel, very close to metro. Nice area seemed to be quiet & more local people rather than tourists when walking around. For Paris the rooms are very generous in size! Nice bathroom which good kitchen area, big fridge! Beds not the best, but everything else was great & very secure. Loved the free coffee machine on ground floor. Also there is a great little shop right outside which had cheap wine.

This was a great place for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The one bedroom apartment had a separate bedroom and the sofabed was large enough for two adults. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher (dishashing tablets are provided), sink (with dishawashing liquid and sponge), a nespresso machine, microwave, hob and kettle. There's plenty of utensils and plates etc. Everything you need for a home away from home. The underground parking is also a bonus as there aren't many places available with parking. The local area is quiet but vibrant. A decent amount of places to eat as well as two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Daumesnil metro is a 3 minute walk, while Bel Air metro is just 5 minutes. 25 minutes to Bir Hakeim (for Eiffel Tower). Would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

A true 4 star property. Stayed for 8 nights and was told my room would be only cleaned/serviced once, mid-week…however, it was never cleaned for the entire 8 nights. Towels were flimsy and this was made obvious compared to the rest of the finishes which reflected a true 4 star quality. Room had a kitchen with dish soap/sponges/dishes/pots/utensils/dish washer/etc. No paper towels were provided. Staff was friendly and I was able to secure an early checkin for an additional fee. Luggage storage is available at no charge. Small gym. Breakfast available for a fee. Free filtered water, hot chocolate, and coffee available in the dining room. 2 washers and 2 dryers were available for use on the lobby level for a fee. Very convenient location a 3 minute walk to the closest metro station. Safe neighborhood. A supermarket was a 5 minute walk and there were more markets a short walk of about 20 minutes away. It was nice to return to a quiet space after long, busy days of crowds and sightseeing. Gate, building and elevators all require a keycard to enter. Stayed in late November and neither the heat, nor a/c control worked. However, the room was comfortable with the window cracked as needed. Windows are secured by a short, 5” cable which limits the ability to open it any wider than than about 5”. Comfy beds, nice shower, no tub, modern bathrooms, 2 extra pillows in the closet. In room safe available for valuables. Hair dryer available as well. This is a great place to stay!

Really convenient location with a metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. All the staff we interacted with were lovely, super polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Budget traveler's paradise - not deluxe, and not my favorite hotel. The room itself was fine and spacious -- albeit with quirks. The hallways were basic and blah. Security staff seemed to do little except scowl and lounge around in the main area. Front porch was nice as was free coffee. We paid extra for a hotel with a gym only to find a treadmill, and ecliptical machine, and four 5 kg weights.
