VERY rundown apartment, main window broken does not open, literally old duct tape holding the floor together, couch was do dirty and ripped we could not even sit on it, front door of apt was very hard to even open, constant smell food from the asian restaurant on bottom floor, restaurant commercial garbage can in lobby, very dirty building. Location is great but this is a half-star property at best.
