The cleaning at the apartment was still underway when we reached. It would have been great if it had been completed before we arrived. Some of the bulbs in the bedroom/living room we're fused. I'd recommend changing them. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It was at a fantastic location, and very comfortable.

Nice apartment overall

The apartment was clean and appears just as in the photos. There is a cute swing that my children loved in the apartment. There are a few minor issues but overall, I would recommend it. 1. There is no fan or window in the bathroom so that gets very stuffy/hot. 2. There is a bad odor in the lobby and particularly the elevator. The apartment doesn’t smell, but you have to stomach the odor to get into the apartment (This may have just been temporary; we had a 3 night stay).

Nous avions retenu par Abritel un appartement de 2 chambres Milan2 . En fait nous avons eu affaire à une entreprise avec des interlocuteurs chaque fois différents et en anglais . Au dernier moment quand nous avons finalisé, il s'est avéré qu'il y avait eu problème entre Abritel et Sweetinn et que le logement retenu était plus grand mais bien plus cher ! En avez vous été prévenu ? Nous était alors proposé un remboursement mais impensable quelques jours avant nos vacances avec l'avion d'Italie etc . De plus l'ascenseur était en panne et mon mari cardiaque devait monter 3 étages...sweetinn a eu un geste commercial : remboursement d'une nuit. Mais plus jamais nous ne ferons appel à vous.

Construction work

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön jedoch liegt direkt neben der Wohnung eine Großbaustelle und im Haus selbst wird ebenfalls stark gebaut inkl Presslufthammer. Die Wohnung besonders die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt und insgesamt nicht sehr reinlich. Positiv ist, dass die Agentur sofort eine Ersatzwohnung angeboten hat. Jedoch möchte man diesen Aufwand nach seiner Ankunft nicht wirklich insbesondere die erneute Fahrt durch Paris samt Gepäck.
