The reception people were very courteous and helpful, The location is 15 minutes from the center of Paris and the subway station is not that far. The room was always kept clean and organized. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

Overall is best
Overall is best. Near train station and cafe. I use the app of Onepark to book the car parking so easy and convenient. The street is quiet and good public security.

Could have so much more potential! Sadly we arrived after booking a twin room to then be given a double. We were told they didn’t have any more rooms available but eventually they found one. Cleanliness needs improving - hairs everywhere and dust on surfaces. Only give you one tiny pillow. But, location is excellent. Staff friendly and the shower was brilliant. Conditioner needs to be added.

Convenient & pleasant place to stay
We stayed for 3 nights due to an event held at La Defense Arena. We found all reception staff friendly & helpful. The hotel is located very close to a metro station & shops. It was sufficiently clean & handy to have a fridge & microwave in the rooms.

Near La Defense, but not easy with organization, first assigned an in use room then a « quiet » room but just in front of the hotel with delivery noise, garbage trucks in the morning. The room is cold.

Smells like a hamster cage. A lot of lights don’t work. No breakfast. Not really a gym, just a treadmill. The neighborhood is cute but pretty far from the business district.

The room was not clean, the vanity drain was clogged. We found a bed bug. The street is noisy. We only liked the location and the free parking. We definitely we don´t recommend this place

Wonderful Hotel, great location, amazing staff. Mourad made our stay very delightful he is extremely hardworking and dedicated very knowledgeable and helpful, told us about many local restaurants around the area and also helped us get taxi several times. Kind and helpful staff really make you feel welcome at this hotel and make your stay enjoyable!!

Quiet but cold
The apartment was clean and confortable and the staff was very nice, but I didn't understand why the temperature inside the apartment was fixed at 23°C, and why the guests are not allowed to increase the temperature, it was cold outside and inside. It was supposed to clean the apartment every 3 days, but no clean and no towels changed after 4 nights, I didn't appreciate that. I hope they take these remarks into consideration or I won't be back again, Best regards

Hello Sir! You should know that the rooms are subject to cleaning every day. You just need to free the room in time while the cleaning service is still in place, for it to be done. **The reason why sometimes the cleaning is not done is just because, our guests sometimes free their rooms after the departure of the cleaning service. **When next you'll be back again Sir, I'll suggest that you express your desire at the Reception at anytime the need be. Don't only wait for the cleaners to pass bye. **Should your room temperature be low & you can't increase it, please call the reception for a solution. We dispose of mobile heaters that could equally be integrated in any room upon demand. **We could as well provide you with any requirement at the reception (towels, iron, sheets etc) after the departure of the cleaning service. So please don't hesitate to get in touch with us for any details. Sorry for the uncomfortable experience. With your collaboration, we promise to do better next time. This may be great but right now, fairly newly opened, it can’t be recommended. The elevator isn’t working right so people get trapped. Policies aren’t clear and you will be told, by one person at desk, that breakfast is included and then by another that it is not. The good points are the desk staff is well intentioned and do care about the stay for the guests. The rooms are very clean and the location for business travelers to LaDedense is good. It is difficult to get a taxi - you will need to use Uber and be prepared to wait.

Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver l'hôtel, mais avons passé une nuit tranquille dans un lieu neuf et propre et un quartier calme. La personne de l'accueil a eu quelques difficultés à comprendre nos demandes, une fois celles-ci comprises, elle s'est montrée aimable. C'est un endroit que je recommanderai.

A good budget stay close to La Defense
Overall OK. Yes, it is more an apartment hotel - and you get a room with a small kitchen (and a fridge!). It works - no complaints at all.

Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris de photos mais franchement la douche laisse à désirer... niveau couverts de cuisine... pas grand chose et encore merci au gentil monsieur de l'accueil qui m'a donné des couverts supplémentaires... bref je trouve que ça ne mérite absolument pas le tarif payé... dommage car le personnel est très gentil....

Το δωματιο μυριζε μουχλα και σαν καποιος να καπνιζε οσο εμενε εκει στο παρελθον. Η ανεση των κρεβατιων επισης δεν ηταν η καλυτερη. Τονπροσωπικο παντως ηταν παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικο και η εμφανιση του κτιριου κ των δωματιων ικανοποιητικη. Ταυτοχρονα η τοποθεσια πολυ βολικη για καποιον που θελει κατι κοντα στην περιοχη La Defense

Hotel agréable. Gros problème de facturation (déja 2 fois)... Je suis un professionnel et j'ai besoin de facture pour me faire rembourser mais l'hotel est INCAPABLE de me faire parvenir une facture... et personne ne me répond par mail... Trés grosse déception pour la partie administrative mais trés bien au niveau confort.
