"Friendly service and cleaning was really good. However, we had room appliances that got written up for repair to when we checked out. No worries from us. But I can highly recommend the place. The hotel is outside Naples and a lovely quiet area with fields next to it. Really lovely place. However, it would be nice to have a shuttle bus to Naples or a beach as parking in downtown Naples is a nightmare."

"The hotel actually closed. there’s no anybody there. I spent over one hour to contact Expedia but still couldn’t solve it. I find a hotel to stay for that night and will contact Expedia later to ask Expedia to pay the cost."

"I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the bathtub; it was incredibly annoying. It would startle me every time I tried to sleep. I complained three times, but they didn't change my room. I was only sleeping three hours a day, and it wasn't good sleep because I was going to bed at 4 a.m. Also, there wasn't a balcony as advertised. I wanted to enjoy my vacation and relax; I didn't know I would suffer."

"B&B Napoli Citta has no reception, apartment door and room door are opened by phone so it's recommended to have the access set up in two phones, in case one phone doesn't work. The ceiling is high so the room is hard to heat up, our windows shutter was stuck, could not be drawn up or down, also our bathroom door was hard to open or close. The shower waste was blocked, there's no proper way to adjust the shower head and the water was going from cold to burning hot, no easy adjustment. The only...
