Detached house in a former fortified farmhouse (16th and 17th centuries). Breathtaking views over the Vienne Valley where silence reigns supreme. Ground floor: living room (2 sofas), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), bathroom, WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one of which is adjoining (1 queen bed, 4 single beds, 1 cot), 1 shower room, 1 WC. Electric heating (extra charge based on meter reading). Courtyard and enclosed grounds of approximately 4000 m². Second gîte on the property. Firewood (extra charge: €7 per basket). You are here in the heart of the Chinon AOC vineyards, 15 km from Azay-le-Rideau and 4 km from Crissay-sur-Manse, a village listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. Le Colombier is the former main building of a fortified farmhouse with a dovecote and bread oven. Built in the 16th century, it has been tastefully restored. The charming property overlooks the countryside and enjoys exceptional tranquility. It is also close to the Chinon wine route.
