"The shuttle service was excellent to and from the airport. Just make sure to let staff know your departure time because the van fills up. The staff are friendly, great rooms and service."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom setup. When taking a shower, the water goes everywhere and ends up soaking almost the entire bathroom floor. We had to clean up a lot of water after every shower, which was inconvenient. More importantly, the wet floor can become very slippery and dangerous, especially for young children and older adults. I hope the hotel can improve the shower design or add something to prevent the water from spreading throughout the bathroom. Aside from that issue, we were happy with the cleanliness, room size, and great service from the staff."

"The room was clean and beds comfortable. I liked the bed , overall the room was great and I would stay again ! The bed was comfortable - air con worked great , the room was clean and main areas well kept. There was an odd “white panel” on the wall near toilet under the sink in the bathroom wall (likely after Reno’s) in room 221 that I have zero clue why it was there. The shower had good pressure and the hotel provided dove liquid soap. I’m allergic to most fragrances including dove so byo if needed."

"Wonderful hotel. Everything you’d expect. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Kids had fun at the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is terrific and you can easily walk to many of the attractions including parliament hill and byward market. Highly recommend. We also did High Tea and it was lovely."
