"Geat sunset views. On hill overlooking Coco beach. Nice pool. Extremely well equipped kitchen. OK showers. Washer and dryer worked. AC adequeate but noisy. House is for sale and needs some work. For example, none of the windows or patio doors lock and a piece of wood is used to secure the panes. The host instructions are to leave nothing ofvalue visible because of petty crime; though I never felt worried about the area, it would have taken no effort to open these panels. Pool light ishanging from a cord; thankfulky it does not seem to be connected to power. Manager ( Francisco) is always helpful."

"Had a great stay here. Check in process was simple. The house is modern, spacious, and very comfortable, and the ocean view is even better in person. It’s close to El Coco Beach but still feels private and quiet, surrounded by a lot of greenery. Spent a lot of time outside by the pool and patio, which is a perfect spot to relax, especially in the evenings to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time at Suitree. We arrived early on a very hot day. They allowed us to utilize the pool and swim up bar while waiting for our room. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Overall pleasant stay but don't expect lush green trees in March. I still highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a unique experience near Liberia. "

"Hidden gem. We were up in the mountains where it rained so decided to spend last night of our trip in cocoa Beach area. Rooms spotless host amazing and the best part as an animal lover was the rescue animals that are on the property. I have two myself. Will definitely be back."

The home is beautiful and perfectly located overlooking the Coco Beach area, with amazing views that really made the trip special. The sunsets from the pool were an absolute highlight — a perfect way to end each day.The house worked very well for our group of eight adults, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together comfortably. The layout and setting made it ideal for a group vacation.Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. Working with the Zindis staff was smooth overall and communication was straightforward throughout the stay.Overall, this is a fantastic property in a great location, and we would gladly stay here again."
