"I never heard about an airport shuttle, which would have been nice. We walked to and from the airport, which was easy for us but formidable for someone less physically able. The taxi ride was very expensive for such a short distance. The hotel is very clean with very basic amenities. But it was perfect for us as we had a very early flight. "

"Overwater bungalow was spectacular!! A must!! Most gorgeous views of Mo'orea. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was a little outdated and not the largest but the beaches on property were stunning! "

"Pools were amazing and large! Sunscreen was provided as was water stations. Plenty of chairs and sun loungers. They have tea kettles and mini fridges in the rooms and laundry services for free. Staff was so friendly and hotel was clean. "

"What a great place to stay. The property is right downtown, an easy walk to the cruise terminal and located in the middle of the restaurant district. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Important: if using Google Maps, make sure to turn right immediately after the Vini Vini in the commercial area. The old location leads to the maintenance area and no way to enter the lobby. A beautiful location with the best view of the sunset but the hotel needs some TLC. The rooms themselves are clean and pleasant, but the elevators and stairwells are very dirty. The entrance is beautiful but lacking ambiance (furniture, decor, music, employees). The lagoon area is nice but needs some landscaping. Beach access is nice. Restaurant on the beach is nice. Signage also needs updating. Staff were friendly but still in training. I think the hotel should have delayed it's reopening for another month or two, really cleaned up the place and had a soft opening for family and friends at discounted rates so the hotel could figure things out. Not sure why this stood out as well, but could also benefit from having secondary and tertiary logos (I think it's because the bar soap was wrapped in plastic wrap with the really generic text logo and it made it feel really cheap)"

"Room is spacious. Amenities average . No shower curtain and when you are taking a shower , water is everywhere . "

"Absolutely amazing ! Trip of a lifetime- not sure how anyone could give an unfavorable review- We did a 1 night stay as we were cruising and had an overnight dock in Papette. Took ferry to Moore a was the best decision of the trip! Everyone at hotel especially the valet guys and bar tender Mr T were so helpful and friendly! Air conditioning in our bungalow was fine room awesome and views unmatched. Pool was gorgeous with helpful entry ramps with railing. It is very hot and humid so bring sunscreen and swim shirts or cover ups. Many shaded areas to sit and enjoy the breeze and views. Fans are also in restaurant areas. Breakfast buffet superb with many local dishes as well as expected cuisine. Dinner buffet and show lots of fun with many delicious regional food choices. Shop staff friendly and beautiful. Loved loved loved this stay! BOOK IT —SO WORTH THE SPLURGE "

"Clean room, small but good. Good location. Thinner walls but I sleep with earbuds so it’s wasnt a problem. Clean bathrooms with showers that lock. Very very lovely and accommodating staff. Parking for I think $20 a day. After checking out, if you need to come back to use the shower (say if you have a late flight) that same day they will let you which was great."
