"We had a fantastic stay at Paris Property in Palaiokastro. Vasilis was an exceptional host—he kindly waited for us until almost midnight to welcome us in person. After a long trip, it was such a thoughtful surprise to find fresh fruits and coffee waiting for us. He showed us around the house and made sure everything was perfect, even offering to bring anything we might need the next day. The location is excellent—quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views, yet very convenient. It’s only about 15 minutes from Heraklion International Airport and the same distance to Heraklion, so everything is easily accessible. Just a small tip: Google Maps and Waze can be a bit tricky when finding the place the first time, but once you pin it, it’s very easy to navigate. Overall, an amazing stay—great host, great location, and a very comfortable home. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!"

"Bed bugs, and at the beginning of the season none of the things adevertised like the on site restaurants, no indoor pool etc were open. There is some serious misrepresentation from the pictures. "

"The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."
