Like the place but it’s far from the city proper and the road leading to the hotel is the worst with many pot holes but the staff are the best

I enjoyed staying here but, they need to improve there receptionist, their breakfast (add some variety) the cr is big but they need to put a rack near the shower for the toiletries,

Very quiet place to stay. Maybe a bit far out, but pleasant. Breakfast cook needs to learn about hot toast and scrambled eggs. Would recommend highly.

We loved staying at the Marina Point hotel and Pangalao it was the favourite part of our holiday. The place is about 1 year old and it is designed so well. The pool layout was fabulous as you can swim right round it so you can have a lovely relaxing swim. There was always plenty of sun beds. The bedroom and bathrooms were huge and again very stylish. Beds were comfortable, air con worked well. Their room towels and dressing gowns all looked brand new and luxurious. Breakfast was very good plus we ate food off the menu often in the day or at night and was all delicious, food and drinks were very reasonable. The staff at the Marina point deserve a special thank you as all of them were very friendly and helpful and would remember things that you liked so you get special attention. The staff were all brill including on the reception, security, house keeping, waiters but the names we can remember are Jason, Renaldo, Nino We had read quite a few negative comments about this place so we were a bit worried and we don’t go out of our way to find faults but we thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it. It is about 10 mins in a tuk tuk from Alona beach but tuk Tula are readily available there and back and they charge 150 pesos which is nothing! There is a rocky road to get down to the hotel but it is not just to this hotel there are private residences and other hotels too and sure in time it will improve

The beautiful new property had wonderful staff, an amazing pool and the rooms where fantastic. The breakfast menu could be a bit better and the road to the hotel needs some serious attention otherwise a 9/10

We are doing our best to negotiate with the owners of the road to have it fixed since it is a private road not owned by the resort. Free Breakfast menu will also be checked. Thanks for your feedback

Pool area in hotel was great, but the rest was poor. Booked room not avialable on arrival, replacement room had a flood during the night so we had to change, then my inexpensive jewelry was stolen. Staff & management didn't seem to care. Dirty welcome drink glass was still next to my bed 3 days later when we checked out.

We explained to you the reason why we need to change your room it is due to an unexpected technical problem in your bathroom. We have upgraded you to a private villa with free extra bed just to compensate the inconvenience. It is not fair to say that we did not care because we did our best to resolve and find the missing accessories of your wife. You are also aware that you must make use of your safety box inside the room.

2일동안 여기서 지냈음. 총 7일간 필리핀 여행 중 여기가 최고였음. 장점 1. 정말 내 인생 리조트 중 최고의 분위기였음. 2. 프라이핏 풀 없는 객실이었는데 리조트 분위기 자체가 조용함 (프라이핏 풀 있는 객실은 필요없음. 그냥 밖에서 안에 수영장 다 보임. 프라이빗이 아님...) 3. 관광지에 있는 리조트라기 보다는 정말 아무것도 안하고 쉬러 오는. 힐링하러 오는 리조트 느낌 4. 낮이고 밤이고 분위기에 취해서 다른 곳 가기가 싫음. (낮에는 오일바르고 태닝하고 밤에는 수영하고 바에서 술먹고.. 너무좋았음) 5. 정말 깔끔한 객실, 엄청 넓은 욕실. 세면도구나 수건 등등 잘 갖춰져있음 단점. 1. 주위에 구경할게 별로 없음. 2. 대로변에서 리조트 입구까지 약 2분동안 비포장도로인데 엄청 짜증남 3. 리조트 입구에 마을이 작게 있는데 거기 꼬맹이들이 2틀동안 하루종일 폭죽터트리고 놀아서 시끄러움 4. 수압이 약해서 샤워하는데 오래걸림 정보. 1. 탁발라란 선착장에서 리조트까지 5~600페소정도? 30분정도. 2. 1일 이상 숙박 시 꼭 리조트안에서 오토바이 렌트하는게 좋음. 24시간 600페소 3. 근처에 갈만한곳은 2군데밖에없음 동굴이랑 알로나비치. 4. 동굴은 입장료 150페소 내면 안에서 수영할 수 있는데 거기도 정말 너무 좋았음. 오토바이타고 30분정도. 5.알로나비치는 오토바이타고 10분정도걸리는데 맥도날드 바라보고 오른쪽으로 쫌 가면 경찰서 옆에 주차장 있음. 50페소. 6. 알로나비치에서는 액티비티 삐끼 많으니까 하고싶으면 하면 되고 7. 그게 아니면 해변가 쪽 걸으면서 술먹어도 좋음. 8. 동굴 갈 때는 리조트 풀에 깔려있는 파란색 비치타올 가져가면 좋음 200페소 주면 빌릴 수 있음.(가아바앙에그으냐앙너어가도모오름)

깨끗하고 신축이라 벌레도 많이 없고 좋았는데 가는길이 빻았음 엄청 울퉁불퉁 밥먹고 바로 집에가면 토하기 딱좋았음 그리고 미니바 안필요하다고 빼달랬더니 근무자들끼리 전달도 안해서 체크아웃 하려니까 전부 청구해서 스케쥴에 지장을줌 거리도 멀어서 교통비도 많이 나오니까 리조트에 짱박힐 사람 아님 비추

不愉快的住宿體驗
進到飯店的主要道路路況相當差,坐dudu屁股會震到爛掉。一進到房間就聞到廁所有如水溝般的臭味,第一晚睡到半夜三點警報器開始五分鐘十分鐘一次逼逼響,第一時間半夢半醒找不到聲音來源,直到五點受不了了打給櫃台倒是很快就有維修人員來服務,原來是警報器沒電了,換了顆電池就好了,但我們也得起床跳島了,一整夜的睡眠就這樣泡湯了。隔天跳島全身海鹽回到飯店下午四點,期待進房間至少有乾淨的浴巾可讓我們沖洗,一開門完全傻眼,根本沒有整理,找了服務人員來協助回應是:住房人數過多他們來不及打掃,下午四點了誒!協調後他們下午六點可以來打掃,就這樣我們出去吃晚餐時才有人進房打掃,整個住宿經驗相當不愉快,可說是金玉其外敗絮其中。

周邊環境:飯店離鬧區有點距離,基本上是一定要有交通工具才能外出的,然而飯店外的路又很差,每次進出,都是一番折騰;飯店周圍的住家都是極度純樸的住戶,因此夜晚可聽到綿綿不絕的羊叫聲。 房間狀況:害怕廁所排水管水溝味的人絕對不要訂這間,我們一行人一共訂了兩個房間,並不相連,但一進房就聞到濃濃的水管水溝味,拿了東西將廁所所有排水孔都蓋住,隔天一早開廁所門,依舊如此,嗅覺敏感的人千萬三思。 飯店人員服務:房卡只給一張,外加一支鑰匙,櫃檯說房卡在你外出時都要一併繳回,美其名是幫你保管,但其實說穿了就是不希望你多用冷氣,但排水管那麼臭,外出廁所抽風不能開,根本令人感到絕望。 連住兩晚,第二天凌晨開始鯨鯊行,因此沒吃早餐就得出門,因爲習慣不用整理,因此都會掛牌,但房間內沒有任何排可掛,所以還特別整理了一下行李,方便客房服務,殊不知下午五點回到飯店準備進房時,竟然看到打掃人員在門口敲門,準備客房打掃,我們玩了一天,已經準備進房盥洗,所以只能跟打掃人員要了兩瓶水,請他們不用打掃了。與櫃檯反映此情況,櫃檯竟說因為今天入住的人比較多,所以忙到現在(態度很差),但是其實整個園區的房間並不到三十間,猜測可能是新飯店人手不足,因此如果習慣請人清潔房間的人也要多加思考。 但扣除櫃檯女服務生,其它園區內的任何一位服務生與司機、櫃檯男服務生都極為有禮。 以上提供參考

음 일단 새건물이여서 너무깨끗했구요, 룸이나 풀장 등 분위기 자체가 쉴수있게 너무 잘되어있구 조식도 넘 깔끔하고 맛있었어요! 약간 아쉬운점이 있다면 화장실 배수가 잘 안되서 샤워하고나면 물이 고이구 물이 고인게 잘 안빠져서 하루종일 물때 냄새 악취가 조금 나더라구요, 환풍기를 하루종일 키고 에어컨도 계속 켜놨었는데 잘 안빠졌음ㅠ.. 그리고 또 하나는 개인적으로 제 실수도 있지만, 돈을 훔쳐갔더라구요. 낮에 나갈때 항상 방 키를 갖고나갔는데 유일하게 밤에계시는 여자직원분만 방 키를 맡겨야된다고 그래서 별생각 없이 열쇠 맡기고 외출하고 돌아왔는데 200달러가 없어졌어요.......... 당시 열쇠 맡겨야하는지 모른상태이기도 했는데, 캐리어가방을 안잠그고 나온 그 잠깐사이에.... 어쨌든 저는 캐리어가방을 안잠군 제 실수도 좀 있었다고 판단이 되서 정말 아쉽고 화는 나지만 어쩌겠어요, 해외에서.....! 혹시 제 리뷰를 보시는분은 혹시모르니 외출하실때 캐리어를 꼭 잠그고 나가시길 바래요! 200달러면 잃어버렸다고 하기엔 꽤 큰 금액이여서요. 그 점 빼고는 직원분들 모두 다 친절하셨고 항상 웃으면서 응대해주셧어요! 푹쉬다 갑니다
