great apartment unit, but noisy location

We knew that this area in Casco Viejo would be noisy because of the night life- however the roads were going through major construction the ENTIRE day, the drilling was so loud we had to leave our apartment then we couldn't sleep at night because of the partying either. Which is too bad because the unit itself was great and kitchen has everything you need, the location was just unfortunate.
