Eurostars is terrible, they would not refund my money. I had to cancel my trip to Panama for reasons outside of my power, Covit-19 reasons. The Panamanian government closed all international flights and Eurostars did not refund my money.

The staff are friendly & courteous , aiming to please . Good breakfast! Close to the metro & city. Good room service & housekeeping, paying attention to detail & accommodating guests requests. Really spacious room. Only downside was the shower, water collected each night & it was gross . Overall great hotel!

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Frühstückssaal. Schone alleine wegen der fantastischen Aussicht sollte man mal dort gewesen sein. Ich habe auf meiner Reise auch andere Hotels besucht, auch moderner, aber ich werde wegen dem Frühstück und die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die City und auf den Bergen wieder hier buchen. Bis bald!

The rooms did not look the same, the room was run down, the hall had smell to it. The lunch and dinner was the same, the food was not good. This hotel charges you for water in your room. There is hardly any security. Hotel location was good and the staff were pleasant.

El hotel en mi opinión desde la última vez que estuve hace un par de años, de bajado en calidad en general, estado de la habitación, frontdesk, la atención en el restaurante - meseras sin demasiada experiencia, todo ello sumado a un precio nada económico con la calidad ofrecida, me lleva a plantearme que me hospede en otros hoteles de la zona que sé que están en mejores condiciones y al mismo precio.

Very Old and dated Hotel

Hotel is well past it’s best before date by a number of years. Eurostars needs to invest some serious money here or sell the hotel, it should not be in their chain. he best part was the price which shows that they have to discount their room price just to attract the budget traveller.

Excellent location. Room was not as comfortable awkward placement of outlets could not reach it so the clock was not connected. Same as for other outlets. AC thermostat was high hard to access and took awhile to cool. Lobby was very warm and one elevator of the 2 was out of service one day however 2 additional elevators in the casino. Fitness center was very good. The bathroom was very nice.

Let me out!!

We decided to book with Eurostars over the Continental Hotel (next door) due to the slightly higher overall review score, however quicky began to regret our discussion within moments of walking past the luxurious front of the Continental and stepping into the lobby of the dark and extremely dated Eurostars hotel. We had a room on the 10th floor which overlooked the pool of the hotel next door, the room itself was also very dated which we didn't mind as much as the cleanliness, it was evident that from the stains that carpet was extremely dirty and made the room smell musky. We also found clothing tags on the floor, which proved that the carpet was not vacuumed prior to our check in (or possibly longer seeing as in 7 days we were there we never heard or spotted any vacuums. On a more serious note, a pair of earphones which I had left on the bedside table mysteriously disappeared after room service, we we decided not to report seeing as they were only cheap $15 earphones Howe or following this incident we where more vigilant and carried all valuables with is when leaving the room (even if it was just for breakfast!) It should also be noted that the room we stayed in had no kettle for tea or coffee for anyone who expects this to be a given in 2020. We also noted that there was only one drinking glass in the room (which was a 2 person room) and more worryingly glass still had lip prints on the rim!!) Further more, when we called to ask for 2 glasses and some ice, we were tol
