"We were told our reservation for 3 rooms through Expedia was only 1 room when I was presenting confirmation of 3 rooms to the hotel front desk. They said they were sold out and we’d need to find somewhere else to stay. After contacting Expedia, and the Expedia representative spoke with the front desk, our reservation for 3 rooms was found.
The hotel entry was a huge traffic jam at a major intersection. The parking garage was across the street and two buildings away. The door to one of our rooms...
