The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
We ask that all beach towels are washed! However, you can not put more than 5 in one cycle or you will break the washer. Please do this the evening before! Check out during the summer at 10am.
Please take garbage to the garbage shoot. The garbage is 10 steps to the right of condo and then left! There is a big metal door and the trash shoot is right there!
Place all used bath towels in the bathtub! Please leave all wristbands on counter or we have to charge for each one missing!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owner, Pattie. My son and I traveled to Panama City Beach over July 4th for some beach time/golf and Pattie made sure we had everything we needed - and I mean EVERYTHING. Fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets/linens, shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool toys, a wagon to transport everything, etc. There are even remote controlled LED lights and two star projectors! The photos online don't do this condo justice. It's SO nice. And the communication from Pattie was outstanding. She was available anytime we had a question or needed something. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
