I asked the front desk lady if she could just let us know once it was ready and she was able to get us in a few hours before the check-in time. Our room was very spacious and clean and it was great for our family of four. The staff members at the front desk were nice and accommodating and got us an Uber to the airport the following morning as the shuttle was full."

"Received a credit for the pool bar and rooftop restaurant by booking the night The staff forgot to mention the pool bar not being open that day and the restaurant wouldn't honor it. Bigger issue was the night club on the rooftop until 3am. The hotel thinks by leaving ear plugs in the room nobody would notice the windows rattling from the base of the music. Also this hotel has no parking other than valet for $40"
