Crowne Plaza Cabana, Palo Alto by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Ron made an instant good first impression. He was very helpful and friendly. We had an incident where we helped a man who had fallen and called 911 and the manager was kind enough to upgrade our room. I’m a Stanford patient and will likely be returning for many visits. I’ll be sure to recommend you to them and their patients. Thanks again and see you next time. Just hope the hot tub is working next time cuz that was one of the main reasons I booked your property!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable. The property was well maintained and clean. The complimentary coffee and fruit was a nice touch. The location was also very convenient to the business meetings we had throughout the Silicon Valley area. I would recommend this hotel to others."

Nobu Hotel Palo Alto

Nobu Hotel Palo Alto

8/10 Good
"The hotel kinda smells like sushi fish.... cuz the restaurant is right at the ground floor. I could still smell it in the halls. The design/decor is nice but very plain. The shower had a floor with a weird design which won't dry that well and probably prone to mold. Overall it was fine but I would prob stay somewhere else for the price"
