"We absolutely loved our stay here! Our host was fantastic from the moment we started thinking about booking through checkout. We have done a lot of rentals and very few put thought into guests like this host. There were tons of linens, toiletries, kitchen staples, and space for our family to spread out comfortably. This home is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Landscaping and pool are gorgeous. LOVED it!"

"Space with everything I needed for a quick work trip. Small burner, sink, fridge, and shower. Clear instructions for parking and keypad entry from Rolando prior to arrival. Quiet neighborhood near a short drive to restaurants. Overall will stay again and highly recommend to others. "
"We were in town for a family event and didn’t have a lot of downtime, but this house worked out perfectly for our large family. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the highlight of the weekend and gave us some great moments together in between the busy schedule.The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. Even though we didn’t have much time to relax, the property had everything we needed, and the host made everything easy with clear instructions.We’d definitely stay again — especially when we can enjoy the pool even more!"
"This property looked completely redone and is beautifully decorated. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. My husband and I were comfortable, but definitely suited for one or two people. The bathroom was large with a large walk in shower. A cabinet over the toilet or some shelving would be helpful for toiletries. I kept ours below the vanity and in the kitchen cabinet. We will definitely rent again!! Thank you!"

"Positive. The property Manager was very responsive for most of the time until we left. We left a power cord for my wife’s medical device behind, they found it and then stopped communicating. Luckily, I was able to find another one to replace it quickly.Negatives. The home is in much worse shape than the pictures will tell you. I ended up doing a video of the entire house and sending it to them so that we would not be blamed for anything including, but not limited to the main stairs that were cracking and breaking. There was a major electrical issue. The lights in the kitchen did not work and the breaker could not be reset even with all the lights off. In addition, the lights in the master bathroom did not work properly and flickered when you tried to turn them on. We’ve stayed in Wellington before, and the overall neighborhood was not the best.Summary. For the cost of this home, there are a lot better places out there and we will not stay here again."
