Staff was very responsive to requests. Price was right for accommodations and the area. I didn't realize the lack of two key amenities when I booked online. No coffee machine in rooms. No ice machine or ice buckets in hotel. I compensated by a short walk to convenience store located next to hotel and bought a bag of ice and coffee to go. Overall, for the savings I was very happy with my choice.

It was chosen because it was close to where I needed to be and was pet friendly. The young lady who checked me in was courteous and friendly. Besides that, I won’t stay there again because of the lack of cleanliness. The inside and outside was very dirty.

Everything was fine really. Staff were excellent. Problem with lacking basic amenities like shampoo, an iron in room, no coffee machine. I asked for shampoo and an iron and was immediately accommodated. I’m not a big coffee drinker but bought a bottle of Dunkin Donits Cold Coffee in the convenience store next door to keep in the room refrigerator if I needed that caffeine kick in the morning. The BIG PLUS to staying here WAS THE LOW PRICE and GREAT HELPFUL STAFF.

The property is well keep, you can see that from the moment you drive up. It quiet and safe for any traveler. Those who are driving, one gas station is just a few feet out side the hotel door.

The office staff were nice. Opened the door and the roaches ran. Staff responded quickly to come and spray. But yuck! Motion detectors in the room were situated so that every time you moved in the bed they went off. Not a good nights sleep.

Worst experience i have ever had dirty ROACHES, Bed smelled like pee. Staff was alright but acted like didn't want to work. But nice once when you talk to them. Hallway smelled very bad just was the worst experience i have ever had. But the manager was cool. Real professional

I wish I'd read the reviews. From the moment I checked in, I should have found another hotel. Anyhow, i was in town for five days. Picked a place with a kitchen, so i could eat in my room. They had no coffee maker in room, at all. I literally went to Walmart and bought one because the hotel had no extras. You had to rent dishware and silver ware for $20 and additional rent cookware for $30. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where you had to pay for these items. The place had the feel of a homeless shelter. Occupants hanging out around parking lot, working on broken down vehicles. There are signs every where warning occupants don't do this, don't do that or you will be "immediately ejected" from the hotel. In the room I had there was mold around the top edge of of the shower. A hole the size of a fist in the bathroom door. The lights in the bathroom were so dim, I thought they were burnt out. Never again...
