The staff hospitality and service at this hotel were pleasant and generally okay, and the amenities met basic expectations. However, the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing and did not meet the standard I anticipated for a stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach. In the room, the nightstands had visible dust around the lamps, the carpets had a noticeable odor that suggested they had not been properly cleaned in some time, and the bathtub was not spotless with visible yellow stains. While I appreciated the service from the team, the overall cleanliness of the room significantly impacted the stay and fell short of expectations. I will not be staying at this property again.

The staff was very nice. They put the umbrellas up for us at the pool and everyone was very friendly. Our room was ready early and that was a nice surprise. Room was big and beds were comfy. Only thing I would request is water out by the lemonade. We were told they would put water bottles in our room but that never happened. Very friendly staff and seems like a pretty good location.
