This suite is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It’s in the perfect downtown Palm Springs location, and the free parking is a plus! The staff here is very responsive as well. Overall, my experience was excellent; however, the room with the view that I booked and paid extra for was not available upon check in. That’s why I am giving this review four stars. Additionally, I’ll be contacting the property to request a refund for the difference.

the staff was great, but the hotel was just okay. The staff had placed us in the 4 bedroom studio on the first floor. Every morning at 6AM, the guests above us were running inside their room which sounded like a herd of elephants. It was so bad that my guests left and went home. I had voiced my concerns several times with the hotel, but they did nothing. The room had a refrigerator with no ice and no ice machine on site. the staff was find of enough to give me the ice from the bar. we did not have dishwashing detergent to wash the dishes, so we could not run the dishwasher. The area rugs and floor were filthy. The pool does not have a jacuzzi and the water in the pool was too cold. I think I should request a refund. It was not what i was expecting or the cost.
