Located in desirable EL RANCHO VISTA ESTATES
Newer furnishing throughout. One bedroom doubles as an office; showcasing a Murphy Bed.
All linens, kitchenware, basic kitchen appliances included (toaster oven, blenders) Spanish ranch on large corner lot. In ground heated pool. Beautiful, mature landscaping. Master bath includes separate shower and large tub. Tiled floors though out. Pets are negotiable. Waterfall - gold fish pond.
The guest is responsible for paying for any heat they desire for the pool. Generally heating is not needed for the pool in the Summer.
