"The pool area was nice. Age appropriate music played in the background (Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ray Charles). I would stay there again because of the location The bed was too soft for me, however. Housekeeping was responsive and provided towels when requested. The rooms were clean. Front desk was able to accommodate my early arrival and provided early baggage storage allowing me to go explore the town. The guests ranged from young to old and the atmosphere was relaxing. If one is looking for a no-frills stay this is your place in Palm Springs. "

"The location is the only good thing about this place. The room door get stuck and you can't get into your room. The front desk did nothing about it. The towels are old and crappy and they have 1 ply toilet tissue. The ice bucket is a one quart bucket. You have to get Ice 5 times per day. This place is not worth the money."

"To be fair and honest the property in general needs to be cleaned better and not allow homeless overnight on the parking areas and also not having an ice machine is deffenitly a no no for us even if there is ice cube trays according to your staff , what are we supposed to wait till it turns to ice in a few hours !! Just clean all areas better , "

"Room was not ready we arrived (well past check-in time), even though we received a text welcoming us to check-in. It took another 2.5 hours to get a text to return, and then we had to wait in line AGAIN to check in! "
