"Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, very relaxing experience!"

"Pool was great. Hotel was quiet this time of year mid week so the bar is not busy enough to be open. Staff was accommodating to allow us to leave our bags and contacted us when our room was ready so we could check in a bit early after an early am arrival. We did not have a car for this portion of the trip and this hotel is walkable, but far from the downtown core etc. close by options are somewhat limited. "

"The properties was clean and we were happy that the gym was upgraded from our last visit. The pool was hot and the hot tub was hot enough."

"Room smelt musty. Wall were falling apart. In front of our room smelt like pee. Internet didn't work. Got the internet guy. And he said we'll send somebody out to fix it tomorrow. And we only spent one night. Very disappointed. But it had a warm tub. Not a hot tub. And we couldn't turn on the Jets because the water level was too low. "

"The units throughout this timeshare property are uniform, of good size, furnished in an appropriate and non-fancy manner. The location is convenient to the airport, Ralph's, the downtown and golf courses. The pools and jacuzzis are enjoyable. The desk staff people are uniformly very helpful. If you're looking for high end luxury this isn't for you. I've been here many times and will continue to do so. gm"

"So this place has a lot of potential without a lot of work. I think they are severely under staffed. We stayed a week and never got our room cleaned once even though we asked for it once only. The hallways and general areas are dirty. Getting a drink at the pool bar is a 30 min wait. Maybe a little planning or more staff would elevate this issues."
