"The room itself was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was not great but ok. The hotel itself is not being maintained. The elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs. This wasn’t a problem but it seemed to fit the lack of overall care for the facility. The carpets on the stairs and the hallways are very worn with stains and imbedded dirt that creates an unpleasant smell. It seemed that the cost we paid did not match the quality of the hotel. We would not choose to stay here again."

"My king bed had dirty sheets on it. Called the desk. About 2 hours later the desk clerk brought sheet 1 sheet and a pillowcase for me to change I told her i was not the housekeeper. She left said she was off the clock. Called expedia no satisfaction. I will book thru someone else."
