Beach/pool/conference
Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and underneath things, clothes that wasn’t ours hanging in the closet and a moldy full tray of beef stew found in the oven. This isn’t on the owner but rather on the cleaning people he uses. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick and always available. We even got to see a gator right in the backyard!!! Overall would certainly stay here again if cleaning improves.

Delightful January at PGA
My husband and I spent January at Bill’s wonderful cottage at PGA. The unit is very comfortable for a couple and our 2 adult children and their child joined for a long weekend using the guest bedroom and pull out couch. The patio overlooks one of the 5 PGA courses. The unit and the view are serene and quiet. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the local pool. And sidewalks throughout the property and very close to highways. Bill ensured easy access to the property. Would definitely return!

Outstanding property. Great location. Very clean and well maintained. Beach pass a nice extra. Community pool perfect. Highly recommend this rental house. Can’t do better. Will return if available next year.

Best 12 days ever
The property is great. Bill was available when we had questions or locked ourselves out. Lol. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. You can't beat the location. Anything you could possibly want is no more than 5 or 10 minutes away. Great vacation. We will rent from Bill again

Very nice cottage and property
This is a great place to stay for a couple or small family! The cottage is very nice and clean and the amenities and surrounding area are wonderful! Even having a pickup, which was not permitted to be parked overnight, wasn't much of an inconvenience. We were able to park it at the clubhouse and it was just a short, pleasant walk back, with lots of birds and other animals to see along the way!

Great stay in PGA National
We had a wonderful month at this PGA Cottage. The property is comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed. We also liked having our own entry (keyless, no stairs or elevators) and it was wonderful to be able to have friends and family come and stay with us. The host checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and again when we were leaving to make sure everything had gone smoothly. He is a pleasure to work with. The location is ideal.There is so much to do at PGA National. On site there is a fabulous gym, pools, a spa (for a fee), lots of walking/biking paths, bird watching, and many ways to relax and unwind. Our sons also enjoyed being able to play pickle ball. In the immediate area are great restaurants and of course the beach. The location is also convenient to groceries and other places to get what you need. We look forward to coming back again.

Lovely Cottage
Cottage was every thing and more. Very clean with a wonderful view of the golf course for morning coffee. Perfect location to visit all that Palm Beach has to offer. We look forward to staying again.

The property was well situated in a private, upscale golf community, with privileges at a nearby resort beach. Easily accessible by car to fishing, diving, and boating activities. The house was well appointed and communication with the owner was excellent.

Comfortable cottage and super convenient location
This was a very relaxing anniversary getaway for my wife and I. The cottage is comfortable and clean. Ready for a family of 4 but we didn’t use the 2nd bedroom/bath. We just drove to the Hilton Singer Island resort for beach and pool access. Very nice perk! Also other beautiful beaches in the area. Sunrise at Juno beach is a must. The convenience factor was great! We were able to get around to restaurants and other activities without driving far. Our host Phil was very responsive. Our first Vrbo was good go!

superb palm beach garde locale for dog owners
Just the right size, large common area and galley kitchen and two good size bedrooms and two full baths. ground floor, park in front, green walking everywhere in the very class PGA National community. Bill the property manager was great. Will definitely use again.

This unit was perfect for our needs. We had our 21/2 year old grandson stay overnight with us for 2 nights and he was very comfortable in the twin bed (my husband slept in the room with our grandson on the other twin and was comfortable as well.) We felt very much at home and we hope to stay again the next time we visit.

A Little Bit Of Paradise
We greatly enjoyed our stay in Palm Beach Gardens. The 2 bedroom unit in the PGA Village was perfectly suited to our needs. The weather South Florida in March is perfect! The cottage was very clean, well equipped and in excellent condition. The back porch bordered on a pond adjacent to the golf course and excellent for birdwatching and sunsets. Bill was a very helpful and an attentive host. A wonderful experience all around!

Great Location!
Backing up on the Staple course, we had a beautiful view of the course and lagoon. It was so nice to sit out on the patio, but the table could use an umbrella for the sun. Club cottages and PGA National was a great place to walk our dog. Enjoyed going to the neighborhood pool, as well. The condo was comfortable and is definitely a place we would consider returning to.

The cottage on Club Drive was so cute! It was well stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to bed linens! The pond outside of the cottage was brilliant in the evening when the full moon was reflected in it! My adult children enjoyed the pool that was within walking distance We would stay here again!

GREAT place!
Great place to stay...just as described. VERY quiet culdesac, for which we were thankful coming from our noisy home town. The access to the Hilton pool and hot tub was the best perk. I will give the place a 6 for a brighter front porch and back porch bulb and cushions on the beautiful patio (great view). We would definitely book this unit if the occasion should arise. Bill and Phil were most accommodating. Thanks again!

Best location in Palm Beach Gardens
Clean kitchen and very confortable master bedroom with King bed and large marble shower. Few minutes walk to National PGA Resort. Best location on PGA . Excellent communication with Phil and Bill. As guests we were also entitled as a member of the Singer Island Hilton Beach Club to benefit from two long chairs, table, parasol and beach towels at no cost. I have never seen such attention offered by Owners. We will definitely return Pierre & Josée

Great Villa Great Location
The host did a fantastic job of communication for the check in/check out process. He communicated great local restaurants and activities. The Villa was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean and very user friendly. An added feature that we enjoyed was the cable TV. We have stayed at other Villas that didn’t offer that feature. We will stay at Villa 610 again.

National Daughter’s Day (weekend)
Eight years ago I started what is becoming a tradition of spending a weekend with my two daughters in different Florida locales within reasonable driving distance for each of us. This year we were lucky enough to find accommodations in Palm Beach Gardens, Check-in and check-out was a snap. Everything in these pleasant surroundings was clean and ready for us. We found no need to contact our hosts - any small problems we had, such as a light bulb being out, we were able to correct ourselves.

Property was in a great location with plenty of walking available. Community pool was very clean with minimal people using it. Great Location for restaurants and beaches. Condo nicely equipped.. Spoke with property manager about a couple of items- electric sockets do not hold cords in some locations, old soap left in bathrooms, need clean sponge in kitchen, bring your own wash cloths. These are minor things and will be taken care of. Overall, a great place at a great price ! Would definitely stay there again.. Thank you for your hospitality. There is an alligator in the retaining pond in the backyard so Beware!

Well, the alligator update adds some adventure. The ponds are patrolled by the association and any alligators beyond a safe size are removed and placed in the proper environment. The sockets were fixed after your stay when I visited the following week. I have packages of new sponges underneath the kitchen sink for the guests' use . I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

Everything we needed
We came to the area to return “home” and visit family - this was a perfect location between them. Close to restaurants, beach, activities, golf, spa (love the pga spa!), fishing, and shopping. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet space. Good area for running too. Easy to go north to Jupiter (baseball, lighthouse, beach) or south to WPB. Gardens has it all - We loved our stay, thank you!

Peaceful, safe, short drive to everything
We loved everything about this vacation rental! The condo is exactly as shown: beautifully furnished and very clean. It's in a gated community with pristeen grounds about fifteen minutes from the beach. The roads and streets in Palm Beach Gardens are all landscaped in such a way you can't initially see the shopping centers, but after a couple of drives we figured it out and found everything easy to get to. We love to eat great seafood on vacation, and our favorite restaurant was Guanabanas on A1A in Jupiter Beach. It has a very tropical vibe and the food and drinks were just fabulous. If you love to shop, The Gardens Mall is just down PGA Boulevard and has stores to fit any budget (from Sears to Saks Fifth Avenue) plus several good restaurants. There is a very nice pool just a short walk from the rental. Our favorite place to be, though, was on our patio where we could sit and watch wildlife around the pond right next to us (water birds, a small gator, lizards, turtles). We loved this place and can't wait to come back!

Thank you for your reply. VRBO provides this great forum for guests to voice their opinions and to allow the owners to respond. My guests are typically overly generous with their replies because they truly appreciate the value of what was provided. It is our home, not a hotel suite at the Ritz Carlton- LOL. One issue identified was a blank outlet cover that had a chipped corner. I replaced it. Secondly, there were three fry pans available for use , but one of them had been burned by a guest, but still functional. I disposed of the third fry pan and there are still two fry pans available for use. I have five star reviews both before and after the guest's review and will continue to strive to provide five star fun at an affordable price for family's who appreciate the value. Phil
