  • • 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor Golf Villa.
    • Wrap around screened in porch, steps from the community pool
    • Nicely appointed kitchen with brand new “slate” color GE appliances, granite counter tops and oak cabinets with all the kitchen necessities
    • Comfortable living room area with flat screen TV and Hi-Fi stereo complete with turn table
    • King size bed, flat screen TV, dresser, desk, storage spaces and walk-in closet in the master bedroom
    • Two twin beds, flat screen TV, dresser storage spaces and walk-in closet in the roomy second bedroom
    • Free WiFi and cable TV
    • One pet under 30 pounds is allowed

    • Pickup trucks are NOT allowed to park overnight in the community.

    ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES

    • If staying less then 6 months Florida sales and tourist tax 13% (7% Florida sales tax + 6% Florida tourist tax)

    • Due to HOA restrictions no trucks, motorcycles or vans are allowed in overnight parking (minivans are ok).
