The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. "Had a really enjoyable week in Bergamo and the hotel played a part in that. Check in with the staff was smooth and the room was very nice too. It's a small guest house with just six rooms and all the staff were really helpful with a nice breakfast each day. There is availability all day for something to eat/drink as it is also a cafe and you get many locals in there. At night if you order a drink you are presented with a lovely board of snacks for free to accompany it as well.
The staff are happy to assist with anything that you need help with an they called a cab for us on the morning of our check out to get to the station. A return to Bergamo will be one where we know which hotel we are going to stay at already thats for sure."
