A 5-minute drive from Palau and a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches in the area, just in front of the archipelago of La Maddalena, in a scenic area surrounded by greenery with two swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurant and bar, we rent a two-room apartment composed of a living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, a double bedroom and a loft with three beds. There are also two balconies, one with sea view and brick barbeque.

logement sale et sans accueil ni de réactivité
l 'annonce met en avant la piscine qui est magnifique mais le logement est très sale ;une clé sous le paillasson à récuperer en guise d 'accueil . pas de proprio sur place ni de relais physique du gardien qui est censé nous accueillir . Infesté de fourmis à notre arrivée partout dans l appartement et sans produit dû à un sol très sale qui attire les insectes . Appart très chaud et non ventilé à notre arrivée baie vitree qui sont tellement vielles que l on peine à les fermer . 3 chaises alors que l on est 4 . une table plastique bancale et très abimée au niveau des coins non sécuritaire . La literie est de très bas de gamme et de mauvaise qualité.On dort mal . la housse du canapé est dégoûtante et les protections de chaises également. Les deux coussins du canapé sont sales . Les carrelages de salle de bain sont sales et manque d'hygiene . Tout ce qu 'on touche est collant et non nettoyé correctement .Les ustensiles sont de bas de gamme et insuffisants .Une micro cafetiere , pas de micro onde , un refrigérateur tres bruyant que l on doit éteindre la nuit pour dormir , un voisinage qui parle fort et tout résonne. Seules les serviettes de toilette et les draps sont propres. Le logement est cher en rapport qualité prix car il est bien situé. La propriétaire nous répond quand on lui explique des notre arrivée mais n 'a rien mis en place ni n 'a agi. C 'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes autant déçus de l hygiène ...presque insalubre .... Passez votre chemin

Idealement situé mais à sérieusement rafraichir pour améliorer le confort
L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne et la Magdalena par contre les équipements de l’appartement sont à rafraîchir literies à ressorts qui font mal et bruyant qui ont plusieurs dizaines d’années, pas de volet mais des rideaux non occultants, pas de Clim, pas de micro ondes ni de plat à four pour mettre dans le four de la gaziniere neuve par contre. Pas de wifi une simple carte 4G qui ne permet pas d’avoir internet pour tout nos appareils connectés…Dommage car il y a une belle vue sur la mer, les piscines et la résidence sont très sympas et bien entretenues. Il faudrait quelques petits investissements pour améliorer le confort du séjour.

Un séjour très agréable mais la climatisation aurait été un plus, surtout en période de canicule... La wifi fonctionne difficilement et son mode d'emploi n'est pas clair du tout. Il faudrait l'écrire en anglais... La piscine devrait avoir des parasols car il y fait trop chaud surtout en période de canicule..

Bien ubicado, tranquilo y cómodo
El apartamento está en una urbanización tranquila, con vecinos amables y bien ubicado cerca de Palau y de la zona norte de la isla. La piscina está a dos minutos andando, es privada de la urbanización y está muy bien. Como aspectos negativos, la equipación de la cocina podría ser mejor (se echa de menos especialmente el microondas), y la wifi no funciona. Esto último está hablado con la dueña, dice que le va a poner remedio.
