  • Two-room apartment with splendid sea view on the Maddalena Archipelago. Wonderful at night, from the terrace, the view of the Maddalena and the Port of Palau all illuminated. A few steps, on foot, from the beach and the marina which offers opportunities for boat trips to the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago (Caprera, Santo Stefano, Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria, Razzoli). In the evening Palau comes alive, near the port, with artisan markets where you can appreciate typical local products and creations. The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. A few km from Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. The property consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, a large double bedroom, hallway between the living / sleeping area, bathroom with shower, terrace with sea view. Amazing view looking to La Maddalena.

Great apartment with very nice balcony with a view of the port and over to La Maddelena. The beach is close. You must walk up many steps if you walk back Palau but is very easy to do.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful property. The apartment was so well appointed and just lovely. Parking was ample and convenient and the view was just to die for. We love to walk, so we walked up and down the hill into Palau for entertainment, shopping, meals, etc. We only needed our car for a winery visit and a trip to Porto Pollo. Our hosts and the level/content of communication was outstanding.

We had the most wonderful stay at Luisa’s home in Palau! From the very beginning, Luisa was incredibly helpful – she gave us clear directions to the house, answered all of our questions quickly, and shared so many great food recommendations (every restaurant we tried was fantastic).The house itself was perfect – spotless, comfortable, and with the most breathtaking view of the sea. The nearby beach was beautiful and very clean, and the location was ideal. We loved being close to the marina, which made it so easy to meet our boat captain (Joe – also recommended by Luisa) for an unforgettable day on the water.The town of Palau itself had so much to offer. Every evening there was a night market with shops and activities for kids – such a charming touch that would be wonderful for families. My boyfriend and I are in our 30s and we enjoyed it as well, but it’s truly a place that suits everyone. The restaurants in the area were excellent, and we didn’t have a single bad meal. On top of that, the location made it easy to explore nearby towns like San Pantaleo and Porto Cervo, which we absolutely loved visiting for a day.We can’t thank Luisa and her husband enough for their hospitality. They made our stay seamless and so enjoyable. We had an amazing time and are already hoping to return soon. Highly recommend this home for couples, families, or anyone wanting a perfect Sardinian getaway!

Sehr sauberes Appartement mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeberin hat uns mit jeder Menge Informationen zu Palau und Umgebung versorgt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolle Lage

Wir haben im September in der Wohnung von Luisa und Gianfranco eine tolle Ferienwoche verbracht. Der erste Eindruck des Ausblicks vom Balkon auf den Hafen war traumhaft und wir haben ihn jeden Tag sehr genossen. Luisa war als Gastgeberin extrem bemüht und hat uns auch mit guten Tipps versorgt, - vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Apartment with amazing view

At the edge of Palau the apparent is quite and view over the city and the little harbor is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The terrace lies always in the shade so you can sit there 24.

vacanza fantastica a Palau

Io, la mia compagna, il nostro piccolo di 4 anni e mezzo e la piccolina di 1 anno e mezzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 2 settimane a cavallo tra luglio e agosto, devo dire che ci siamo trovati tutti divinamente, e anche i bimbi hanno davvero apprezzato: posizione spettacolare rispetto al centro comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, vista eccezionale dalla veranda sul porto e sulla Maddalena per indimenticabili cene e/o colazioni in famiglia, ampio soggiorno per far giocare i piccoli, ottima cucina a induzione, camera da letto ben organizzata con armadio a scorrimento molto comodo, buon spazio nella doccia per ospitare un adulto con un bimbo, in sostanza ogni angolo perfettamente funzionale alle nostre esigenze. Fin da prima del nostro arrivo sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dalla cortesia del proprietario Gianfranco e dall'accuratezza delle informazioni ricevute; arrivati là poi abbiamo constatato la gentilezza di Alessandro e della moglie chi ci hanno accolti benissimo, gestito le pulizie richieste in maniera impeccabile, e ci hanno dato varie indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo proprio innamorati della casa e di Palau, che devo dire si trova in una posizione centrale rispetto alle bellissime spiagge della Costa Smeralda e quelle verso Santa Teresa di Gallura tipo La Sciumara, Cala Trana, Porto Pollo, La Licciola e tante altre Torneremo sicuramente!
