"The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so the exterior was not very appealing. We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the view from our window was disappointing—it overlooked a lower rooftop that had visible garbage. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lounge was decent. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, but a key drawback—at least for our room—was the unpleasant window view."

"The AC wasn’t functional until May so run got a bit stuffy at night. I was given a fan so that helped. The location was excellent! I couldn’t have asked for better! The room would have been even better if there was a coffee maker or kettle."

"This is a quiet, charming Parisian style apartment hotel. Our cozy suite was perfectly located on the 2nd floor corner overlooking the fountains and trees at the base of Ave de L’Opera. Lots of people watching and just minutes from the Louvre and the Seine river. Our suite had a galley kitchen with a small fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. The lounge has a 24hr automated espresso/coffee machine as well as an afternoon bar self-service($). We didn’t have breakfast in the Lounge as we’re not big breakfast people. The front desk folks were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there was no early check available and they did mid-tag our luggage for another room but that got sorted out quickly. It’s very quiet in the reception / seating area with never more than a few guests at a time. The lounge/room staff were also friendly and helpful. Any time we called the front desk to restock room items, they responded immediately. This hotel exceeded our expectations and the location was absolutely perfect."
