"We had such a great stay. There is no concierge on site but the staff check on you and are easily available by text. The room is beautiful and the hotel is located within easy walking distance to Old Town and on a street with lots of great restaurants. Hoping to come back soon! Thank you. "

"Room was a standard room but spotless.
It was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is 10/10. Five min walk from the Frontenac and central old Quebec

"Hotel check in is sort of late - 5pm, but they will store your bags for you while you go out and explore. Concierge/bell man Chad was super friendly and helpful.
Location is great for exploring Old Quebec - only a 12 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac.
The room service menu is good and very reasonably priced. Cheaper than eating in the area restaurants. We ordered from there several times and it arrived hot and delicious. We shared wings, pizza, a wrap, onion rings and fried pickles during our 4 day stay. Eggs Benedict for breakfast too.
There is a nice coffee machine in the room - coffee is pretty good.
Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Pool towels are skimpy and sad - definitely could use an upgrade there.
All in all great service and comfy room. Would stay here again."
"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh pastries. The room was comfortable and clean with all of the charm you would expect."
