"Palacio Buccarelli went the extra mile for us even though we had a schedule outside their normal reception desk hours. I appreciate their willingness to work with us. This is a fantastic place to stay!"

"Some other reviews mentioned noise, but I found it quite calm and quiet. The single room isn't big, but I had everything I needed and it was clean and comfortable. This hotel is right next to an Aldi, which is perfect for those who want to stock breakfast and snack foods in their fridge. There's a taxi stand right outside and I was able to catch a cab to get to the train station at 6 a.m. Very convenient."
"My initial reaction to the hotel was very positive as it had a large glass frontage part of which was opened up to extend the restaurant area on to the street where they served drinks, tapas etc. I did not book breakfast as I considered it rather expensive and encouraged one to eat as much as possible to get your money's worth.
The staff in the bar and at reception were very helpful and spoke good English and were happy to explain the various dishes. The margaritas were very enjoyable!
The room was clean with plenty of room for bags, hanging space and drawers and the gifts in the room were generous and useful. They provided several USB & USBC sockets.
The pool area on the roof was fine for November but I think that it would get very crowded in summer and the photograph of the pool gives an extremely false impression of the size of the pool.
If you catch a bus from the airport, for about €6, and get off at the penultimate stop it drops you about 50 yds from the hotel.
I would definitely consider returning to this hotel.

"Wonderful stay. Staff really helpful and polite. Pool area stunning with reasonably priced drinks. Walkable to main sites (20 mins to cathedral, Alcazar etc). 5 min walk from station, 15 min taxi to airport. Rooms comfortable, clean and quiet. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you "
"This was a charming property that was walking distance to so many things. The staff was wonderful, the rooms clean, beds comfortable l. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again!"
"Everything At Hotel Cervantes was excellent! The breakfast, location, my clean room and the staff. Rosario and Alfonso at the hotel check in were so friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always willing to help. Also the coffee machine was available until 11:00 pm as well as hot tea. All in all, I was very pleased and will return soon. It was in the city center close to all the sights."
