Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Bathroom impeccably maintained, with premium amenities replenished every day. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options each morning. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time my wife and lI have stayed at this hotel in December . The staff are courteous and helpful . The hotel location is great for walking to lots of nearby attractions, getting to and from the airport cheaply by airport bus, getting to the sightseeing tour bus stop or to the Saint Bernard train station ( where we took a day trip to Cadiz from) . There are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance too. Our favourite parks and the amazing Plaza d’Espania are all within reasonable walking distance . This time we stayed for 6 days and still could have spent longer exploring this wonderful city

Very nice spacious superior room with a good bathroom. 2 sinks plus a bath/shower and a separate toilet. Lots of toiletries provided. If you have a teenager, this room would be great as there is a decent sofa bed round the corner from the kingsize bed in a separate open plan. Very friendly staff who all spoke fluent English. A 15/20 minute walk to the main tourist sites, so we walked everywhere. 8 minute walk to the EA bus direct to the airport. Safe neighbourhood.
